MOSCOW,August 3, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- URALSIB announces the appointment of Marat Ibragimov to the position of senior analyst for real estate and infrastructure and Gary Tebbutt as Director of Operations at the URALSIB London office. Marat Ibragimovhas over 11 years of relevant work experience at leading financial companies inRussiaincluding Citi, URALSIB and Otkritie where he served as a senior analyst in equity research mainly targeting food producers, retail, pharmaceuticals and real estate. Marat is a graduate of Moscow State University of Lomonosov, from the faculty of computational mathematics and cybernetics. He also has a masters degree in economics from New Economic School. Gary played an active role in systems implementation projects such as Fidessa and Calypso. In addition, he was also very involved in structuring and processing a number of placements and new issues on various global markets. Prior to Renaissance, Gary was at Banco Santander inLondonas Head of Operations for 6 years, supporting substantial Distressed Debt, FX, MM and derivatives trading desks. Prior to that, he was at BNP Securities inLondonand Drexel Burnham Lambert.
