- Vista Equity Partners completes acquisition of Taxware, a leading provider of sales, use, and value added tax software

SALEM, New Hampshire,Dec. 18, 2012/PRNewswire/ -- Vista Equity Partners today announced it has completed its acquisition of the Taxware business from ADP in an agreement that was announced onNovember 6th, 2012. The Company will continue to use the Taxware name, a trusted brand in the sales, use and value added tax industry since 1979.
