Belgium Landing
: Gianni Motti, Ben, Buzz and Bart
The anniversary of September 11, 2001, being upon us, my daughter might ask me where I was on that day... (or
maybe she won’t care at all). If she asks me, I’ll tell her that I was sitting at my desk, facing my computer screen,
connected to the Internet – which was down because of an excessive traffic on the bandwith (
yes, darling, it was
a long time ago, you see
..). Meanwhile Gianni Motti was having his latest action idea
stolen
by Oussama Ben
Laden – the claim for the biggest catastrophe of all times (maybe Ben Laden also triggered the explosion of the
Challenger spaceshift in 1986? But that time Motti was faster than him...).
Appropriating (in) human or natural disasters (an earthquake in California for example) is not a peaceful hobby.
Just take the Pentagone – Thierry Meyssan demonstrates such an energy to convince the world that no plane
ever crashed on the building, that Ben Laden himself must probably start doubting about it.. Or take Apollo 11 –
when I asked my father where he was when the first human set foot on the moon, he said he was asleep. I found
that odd, but maybe it isn’t that odd at all? After all, it was only shown in black and white (
yes, my son, it was a
long time ago, you see…
). Well, he was right, as Bart Sibrel tells us... because it’s all a fake, filmed in movie
studios in Hollywood; no man ever set foot on the moon. Bart Sibrel is to Apollo 11 what Meyssan is to the events
of 9-11 (oh, and I give it to you... two times the number 11, wouldn’t that be a “code”?). But for Sibrel, it is easier –
Meyssan cannot go and ask Ben Laden “oh come on Ouss’, you can tell us, right? All this is a fake, isn’t it?”,
however, Bart can track down the astronauts and make them swear on the Holy Bible – being born in Tennessee,
that’s how they do things over there – that they lied, and that it’s very bad because now, they won’t be allowed to
go to heaven.
And he did it: last year, he cornered Buzz Aldin in a hotel, got his Bible out of his pocket, and
chased him in front of the cameras, calling him a coward and a liar. Not a good idea – pap’ Aldrin, 79, has yet a
very good straight right... the video is now broadcasted all over the Net (or ‘How Buzz gives us a buzz’).
Gianni Motti really set foot in Belgium. Before him, no other Gianni Motti ever landed on the Belgian land. When
he heard about this country, when he was over there... in Italy, he was often told stories about coal mines (which
we could say are to Belgium, what craters are to the moon). Sometimes those stories didn’t end happily; miners
trapped in the bottom of wells, like astronauts in their Apollo 13 capsule; but for them, with no help from NASA.
Although Gianni Motti travels a lot, he has never set foot in Belgium. And when he finally makes the decision to fly
here, another disaster happens – the country starts to evaporate!
« Laat België maar rustig verdampen » - as per Bart’ (yet another one) saying. Will Motti also have to swear on
the Holy Wooncode that he never set foot on Belgium, the disintegrated country? In order to ensure that this
ephemeral moment will never disappear, Motti transformed it into a monument that will always defy time, ministry
amendments or voting county division.
His first step in Belgium? He cast it in bronze and made 3 copies of it. Yes Bart, the country is still standing, and
Gianni really landed on it: his piece of art is the very proof of it.
First Step in Belgium
- one small step for Gianni
Motti, one giant leap for Belgium?
