I. Executive summary :

In 2010, the cosmetic sector represents 15 billion€ and the shopping bag per person is
about 205€ per year. There is no crisis in this dynamic sector, which draws up the French
economic growth. Moreover, the demand increases all the time because each member of a
family takes care about himself.

For centuries we know that beauty is quite important for women. We want to be
wonderful, perfect, and attractive in the aim to charm men. But we don’t have time to go to
hairdresser; we don’t want to spend few hours to touch up our make up in a beauty shop…
That’s why we decided to help you and to enable you to gain precious time.

You want to be attractive for particular events and you don’t know how to succeed? You
have some difficulties to find the good make up and the perfect hairstyle for a cocktail, a
wedding or for a costume party? Face-appeal is here for you.

For the first time, men are also concerned by this kind of service. Indeed, we offer them the
possibility to find what they want and to enable them to be at the top. Our professionals
are ready to give them all the advices to help them to have a perfect skin. For example,
they will find advices about how to choose the good cream, what they have to do after
shaving, and some advices to hide spots without specific products (they don’t have to buy
foundation)

This website offers a large panel of videos online which can help you to find your style and
offers you the possibility to be wonderful whenever you want. Indeed, we made a
partnership with JCB, which is a professional for make up, and hairstyling.

The concept is quite simple. You will have to choose one or several videos that will help
you to be the queen of the night. We will offer you the possibility to choose some packages
that include several videos for the same event (for ex: if you choose the package called
“Wedding” you’ll find inside 6 different videos for make up and hairstyle arrange by
themes: cinema, black & white, Moroccan wedding…)

Professionals who will explain you step by step the right way to succeed it make these
videos with products from their range (you can find JCB products in supermarkets, in
JCB hairdressing salon, on internet…) but you can also use your own product to make up
yourself.
You want something unique and individual? You need personalized advice? We know that
everyone is different because of the skin colour, the eyes, the hairs… That’s why we offer
you the possibility to access to a “personal coach” who analyses your features and after that
will propose you exactly what you need. For that, when you subscribe on our website, just
answer precisely the questionnaire about you and what exactly you want.

in a fun way, how to be perfect for every moment of their lives.

II. Description of the product/service:

We already said that the aim of this website is to enable women and men to have some
precious professionals advices to be perfect for specifics occasions. The main target of this
service is obviously actives women and men who participate to special events and who do
not have the time to be helped by a professional in a salon so they prefer make it
themselves at home, it’s quite easier to answer their needs. Of course they have to have
Internet on their computer and a sufficient budget to buy it even if the prices are really not
expensive and there is a good value for money.

When they will subscribe to our website, they will have to fill in a questionnaire where they
will have to give a precise description of themselves with physics features and their
measurements in the aim to help our individual coach to be most efficient.

We offer different sort of packs for all kind of requests: Indeed, people will have the choice
between several propositions and they can choose the one they want according to their
needs. Videos on the website will be classified by themes and events. Moreover after
subscribing to our website and after giving all their features they will find a specific tab
called “My face-appeal” where they will find videos in harmony with what they are and
what they need.

The different packs are:

- The party one: the customer will have the choice between a large panel of videos
(one tab make up and one tab hairstyle) and to compose her pack she will have to
choose 10 videos (for example: 5 make up videos and 5 hairstyle videos): the
duration of these videos depends on what it is but it is quite sophisticated but
generally it is about 30 minutes minimum and 2h maximum per video): the price for
a “Party 10-videos pack” is 15.99€. Inside the party pack we offer different kind of
themes: costumes, cocktail, dinner, black & white, oriental, disco, new year,
Christmas.

- The wedding one: it is the same principle than the party pack, the customer has to
choose between a lot of videos (one tab make up and one tab hairstyle) and to
compose her pack she will have to choose 10 videos: the duration of these videos
depends on what it is but it is quite sophisticated but generally it is about 30
minutes minimum and 2h maximum per video): the price for a “Wedding 10-videos
pack” is 19.99€. Inside the wedding tab we offer different kind of themes: oriental,
Indian, black & white, classic, vintage, disco and cinema.


About the prices, they will fluctuate according to the difficulty of the make up or the
hairstyle chosen and the kind of event they will select. For example, a consumer who will
choose the wedding package (where the different makes up and hairstyles are quite
complicated to realize and where the explanations are complete) will pay more than a
package for a cocktail event.

We also offer the possibility for customer to buy single video and those are file by levels:

- The first level is “the basic” that includes short videos (for example: how to apply
eye liner/how to apply mascara) the duration of this kind of video is about 10
minutes): the price is 1.99€/video
- The second is the “medium” that includes videos more difficult to realize and the
duration of this kind of video is about 1h: the price is 5.99€/video
- The last is the “difficult” one that includes videos very complicated to realize and
the duration of this kind of video is about 2h: the price is 7.99€/video

To attract our customers we will offer them 2 free videos at the registration in order to
show them the functioning and the content of each video.

III. Management team

1. Founding team

The creation of this website is the idea of 5 persons: three women and two men. All are
working for JCB in different beauty salons in France. All of them did their studies in the
same college, they all have their licence to work and they know each other for a long time.
Their objective since always was to create something together, and today it’s exactly what
they wanted.

LUCIE is a 26 years old woman who is fond of make-up since her earliest childhood and is
now a specialist in her field. She begins to work on doll and her talent astonished everyone
and all wanted to be make-up by her for every parties in the aim to be the most wonderful.
She does the best to be excellent all the time and she is ready to put all her energy in this
new challenge.

Estefania is a 28 years old woman who is specialist in hairstyle for 12 years now. She is a
dynamic women, with a touch of extravagance, just enough to please everyone. She always
wants to be at the top in her area and she is really well informed about the actual tendency,
so you can let her your hair, don’t be afraid, she will give you exactly the result that you are
waiting for.

Camille is a 27 years old woman who has not a specific field; she is able to make-up
everyone and to style someone’s hair too. Her speciality is that she is well experienced in all
sorts of events and she is able to answer to all kind of customer’s requests.

Mathieu is a 30 years old man who is specialist in hairstyle for both men and women. He’s
a stylist and he always knows at the perfection what his clients have to do in their hairs to
be quiet perfect. He’s a perfect gentleman and everybody melt before him.
Antoine is a 32 years old man who is also a specialist in hairstyles, specifically for men but
he has a lot of experience and well know his job. He wants to learn and to extend his
knowledge all the time. For this project he spend a lot of time and follow a specific training
to be up and running for every kind of requests.

They work on it for some years in the idea to develop the JCB reputation and to be spark
off of this kind of project. After that they fix an appointment with the CEO in the aim to
suggest to extend their skills on Internet. The parent company gives them the opportunity
to launch it and to manage everything about it.
