Objectives
• Developing a new road pavement concept with respect to
tyre- road noise and optimisation of existing low noise
road surfaces,
• Taking in consideration the environmental constraints,
• Determining of the influence of outdoor propagation on
the efficiency of the optimised pavement, for typical road
situations, in front of the façades.
Through cooperation between France (LCPC) and Germany
(BASt) in collaboration with other French and German partners.
