Policy
All grownups who come into contact with kids and adolescents in their perform have a duty of proper want to protect them and enhance their well being.

There are three primary kinds of actual managing that employees in the baby's room may use.
1) Positive Handling

Where restrictive actual involvement is necessary, employees will use the minimum force that is related to both the childs behavior and the damage that they may cause.
Physical involvement will not be used as a way of penalties under any conditions.
Recording and Monitoring
All occurrences demanding restrictive actual involvement will be documented as soon as possible and within 24 hours of the occurrence. This history will include:
who was involved
the reason actual involvement was considered appropriate
how the kid was held
the time period and duration of the incident
the time frame the actual involvement had to continue
any injuries or following distress
the activity taken.
Parents will be informed and asked to sign the history type.
Intervention will be supervised and any necessary improvements made to keep the child/children secure and enhance their wellness.
Activities outside the setting
The organization provides actions outside the primary website (GBNFC), when activities/groups are offering in other configurations , paper prints will be shown revealing insurance details and our organization safeguarding declaration for the Childrens Centre, revealing who to report safeguarding issues or issues too.
All safeguarding issues are revealed to the organization DSP and where required the establishing supervisors.
The documenting of activities and actions.
