up to launch
Monet’s Palate Chocolate Couture
, a new line of chocolate in honor of the famous
Impressionist artist Claude Monet. A decadent assortment of Fine Gourmet Chocolates will tease
your palate. The collection is beautifully packaged with artwork inspired by Monet’s famous water lily
pond. Each of the 24 European Chocolate Square Truffles are indicative of the gardens and colors of
Giverny. It is the Gardens, colors and flavors of Monet's Palate and his beloved Normandy that have
inspired these chocolate delicacies!
Within the chocolate palate are 8 flavors such as: Creamy Calvados, Sweet Sun-Ripened Wild
Strawberries, Lavender Citrus Honey and French Roast Coffee. This unique gourmet treat combines
a beautiful masterpiece of Monet’s art and fine chocolate.

Aileen Bordman, Creator, Writer and Producer of the of the documentary Monet’s Palate examines
the connection between fine art and fine cuisine as seen through the eyes of Claude Monet. “There
has always been a connection between fine art and fine cuisine” she states. Meryl Streep's opening
narration takes the viewer through the region of Normandy in France and Monet's Home and Gardens.
The greatest Chefs of the world including Alice Waters, Daniel Boulud, Roger Verge, Anne Willan and
Michel Richard, prepare the cuisine Claude Monet adored. Interviews include Steve Wynn and
Joachim Pissarro.
