This 2 day PMP workshop, developed by PMGS, is for experienced participants mastering the PMI®’s methodology and having already

PMI®’s Conditions of Illegibility:
Participants must meet the qualification and experience requirements from the PMI® : -Pre-requisite 1if the candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent, he/she must show proof of at least 4,500 hours (36 months) of project-related experience within the last six years. A candidate without any such corresponding degree must show proof of 7,500 hours (60 months) of project-related experience within the last eight years.

Study the five groups of project processes and the nine knowledge areas of the PMBOK® Guide4th Edition.
Validate acquired project management knowledge and skills.
Assist the participant with the PMP® certification exam registration process.
Validate new acquire concepts, methods, tools, as well as the input and output of each of the 44 processes.
Get ready for the PMP® certification exam in practices with questionnaires (MCQ), exercises and a mock exam of 200 questions (available online).

Introduction Key concepts in project management Knowledge areas and processes from the PMBOK® Guide Professional Responsibility Being PMP®-certified
Integration Management The project start-up, implementation, management of modifications, and completion.
Scope Management Scope planning, definition, work breakdown structure, audit and scope control.
Time Management The identification of activities, sequencing of activities, appraisal of resources needed for the activities, estimated duration of the activities, set-up and control of the schedule.
Cost Management Cost planning and estimating, budgeting and cost control.
Human Resources Management Resource planning, staffing and the management of the project team.
Quality Management Quality planning, quality insurance, and quality control.
Communication Management Communications planning, information distribution, status reports, and stakeholder management.
Risk Management Risk management planning, risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, preparation of response plans, risk monitoring and control.
Procurement Management Procurement planning, invitation for bid planning, supplier selection, contract administration and completion.
