PMI®’s Conditions of Illegibility:

Participants must meet the qualification and experience requirements from the PMI® : Pre-requisite 1-if the candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent, he/she must show proof of at least 4,500 hours (36 months) of project-related experience within the last six years. A candidate without any such corresponding degree must show proof of 7,500 hours (60 months) of project-related experience within the last eight years.

Pre-requisite 2 - the candidate must prove that he/she has received 35 hours of project management training—which can

1)A copy of the PMBOK® Guide–4th edition is given to participants. Learning Objectives Study the five groups of project processes and the nine knowledge areas of the PMBOK® Guide–4th Edition. Acquire project management knowledge and skills. Get ready for the PMP® certification. Assist the participant with the PMP® certification exam registration process. Acquire new concepts, methods, tools, as well as the input and output of each of the 44 processes.

Scope Management Scope planning, definition, work breakdown structure, audit and scope control. Time Management ion ofThe identification of activities, sequencing of activities, appraisal of resources needed for the activities, estimated durat the activities, set-up and control of the schedule. Cost Management Cost planning and estimating, budgeting and cost control. Human Resources Management Resource planning, staffing and the management of the project team. Tests and analysis PART 2–3 DAYS Quality Management Quality planning, quality insurance, and quality control.

Communication Management Communications planning, information distribution, status reports, and stakeholder management.

Risk Management kRisk management planning, risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analyses, preparation of response plans, ris monitoring and control.

Procurement Management Procurement planning, invitation for bid planning, supplier selection, contract administration and completion.

Professional Responsibility Professional responsibility of the Project Leader towards the PMI®, the project leaders’ community, andthe clients. f allThis section enables project leaders to use their best judgement during the decision process while respecting the interests o stakeholders.
