Charting
Click on District Summary View
Click on the Chart icon
Click within a column to view the
chart
All student level reports and some
data from the other levels are not
chartable.
The chart will remain
blank or give you an error in loading
data message.

The chart will open in a pane to the
right.
To create a larger chart, click the
View Large button in the upper right
corner of the graph.
To remove the quick chart and go
back to your “normal” view click the
green arrow button to the left of the
View Large button.

Individual Student Test Information
When looking at ANY report at the student level, double click on the student’s name to see individual student information.
On the ‘
Tests
’ tab, you
will see all tests for the
student listed as well as
information on each test.
Use the course tree and
click on a test to activate
it. Yellow Highlight.
All the student
expectations and TAKS
objectives are available
along with the percent
correct.
Below this
section are the actual
student responses for
each question. Incorrect
answers are in
red
font.
Click the ‘Print’ icon to
open a print menu and
select one of the two
choices available.
Red
Box.
Click the ‘
green
arrow’ to
move “back” a view.
Do
not use the browser
Back button!

Create Monitor Lists
In Aware on the Students Tab, click
on ‘Create a Monitor List’
(At the bottom of the page)
Click ‘
Next
’ if you are creating a new monitor list.
Click ‘
Click Here
’ if you need to edit a list already created.
Select your campus from the drop
list.
Click ‘

Enter a name and description for
your monitor list.
Click ‘
Next
Adding Students to the Monitor List
You may add students in either of the following two ways
By Student ID
1.
Enter Student’s ID number
2.
Click on Search
3.
Click on student’s name
4.
Click on Add
Repeat for all students
Click ‘
Next
Click ‘
Finish
By Student Name
1.
Enter Student’s name or part of a name
2.
Click on Search
3.
Click on student’s name
4.

Monitor List Approval
All monitor lists must be approved
before you can view the student
data. Email your AP or Principal to
approve your monitor list once you
create it.
To view the status of your monitor
list, click on the “Students” tab and
click the Manage My Monitor Lists.
At the very bottom of the page
All your monitor lists are here.
Until
it is approved by your AP or
Principal, the list is followed by the
words (Pending Approval).
Once approved you will receive an
email and the (Pending Approval)
goes away.
To view the students in the monitor
list, select the “Students” tab and
click in the Monitor List box.
Select your list from the drop box
and click the Search button.
The students in the monitor list will
appear in a middle pane and you can
view their individual results using the
steps from Individual Student Test
Information above.
