4.Use a previously uploaded template. You can retrieve 3 types of templates: a.A template that you created from a past email by checking theMark as Tem latecheckbox.

b.Your own HTML template, which you can upload to: client.jangomail.com/HTMLTemplates. Once uploaded, it will appear on theSEND EMAIL a e.

c.A template from theHigh Impact for JangoMailsoftware. High Impact gives you 101 professionally-designed templates to choose from. You can download the High Impact for JangoMail software here: http://www.jangomail.com/downloads/HIE5_JangoMail_Setup.exe. After you have clicked on the button for how you want to create your email, you will arrive at the second part of the SEND EMAIL section. This is where you can edit and define all parts of your email. If you used the EMAIL LISTS section to create your email list, you will see it listed in the Group(s) to Send to:section.

Notice that you can toggle between the advanced HTML editor and the plain text editor. You can upload images and insert links using theMessage Toolsoptions to the left or the Insertmenu in the advanced editor.

4.Click theDelivery Testbutton to make sure your emails are not getting blocked by any email providers. Step 4: Send Email After testing, you should be ready to send your email. To use a list you created in theEMAIL LISTSsection, add that list while editing your email in theSEND EMAILsection.

If you want to send to a list by retrieving it from your database, click on theCONNECT TO MY DATABASEtab, connect to your database, create a list from a query if you need to, then connect to that list. Once connected, you will arrive back on theSEND EMAILpage with a summary of the list you are connected to.

If you have already created and saved your email, you can find it in theChoose Old Messagesection. You can also choose to compose a new email. Schedule your email underAdvanced Optionsand then hitSend Emailto send your email.

Step 5: View Reporting There are many reports to view in JangoMail. Here are just a few you can find by clicking on theREPORTStab: Sending Progress Report As soon as you hit send, you can view the progress of your emails as they are being sent.

Opens, Clicks and Other Actions This report is on the main page ofREPORTS. Click on any number or Subject Line for more details.

Recipient Report View opens, clicks, unsubscribes, bounces, etc. by recipient and domain.

GeoTracking See where recipients opened or clicked an email.
