The Gonesse Triangle (280 hectares)
The Gonesse Triangle is a wide-scale development project with scheduled phases up to 2035, demonstrating confidence that Cities and Farming can exist side by side
It will feature a business district primarily aimed at international companies and will more specifically host the following: tertiary-sector businesses with high added value, research and development businesses, a training centre, a hotel complex and a creative business park Europacity, a major tourist hub controlled by the Immochan Group whose offer will focus on retail, culture and leisure The project should lead to the creation of 50,000 jobs.
