The main part has been accomplished between 2001 and 2005 at the ControlSystems Group, Technische Universität Berlin. It has been concluded at the Institute ofAutomatic Control Engineering, Technische Universität München where I found a goodworking environment to write down the results of my research.First of all, I would like to thank my doctoral advisor Prof. Martin Buss for his advice,guidance, and encouragement. He provided me with a perfect research environment andany hardware I needed to put my research ideas into practice.
