** CHAPTER 1 **
STEP 1 – REQUEST
First you must request that the Bilingual Course and course period be added to your Campus’s Course Catalog.

STEP 2 SEAT Count/Room Catalog After you have requested that Bilingual Tutorial be added to your Course Catalog you will start setting up sections in the Master Schedule for the courses your campus will hold. When you assign a room number to the course section; the number of seats available will be pulled from the room catalog; See below. jdlg

Room Catalog/Master Schedule: When using a room already in your catalog: ** Before setting up the new section in your Master Schedule. The recommended “Maximum Seats is 30 in your room catalog.

After Clicking on the “New page. You will get a screen that looks much like this one. Time to set up your first course! Follow the Number Steps, , ,
Start by adding all the sections you will need for your Bilingual Tutorial classes. Each Section represents a specific teacher and days of the week the class will be in attendance.
Start with Section 1 ** Session number is ALWAYS “0
Elementary Schools only have a 1stall your courses will be 1per. available so stperiod courses. Once you enter the Bilingual Tutorial teacher for the section it should automatically insert the default room number you assigned him or her in your teacher catalog. If the room number is not correct simply change it there. jdlg Page 5

The class should be available to meet all year therefore, Marking Periods 1 6 should be checked off.
Bilingual Tutorial Classes will available to meet Monday thru Friday. All boxes should be checked.
Report Card grades are “Not issued therefore “Credit Value equals “0 and we don’t “Use Final so there is no checkmark needed.

Once the system knows that you want to add the course all it needs to know is on what date you need the course to be added.Add Dateis the first day the studentattendedthe course.
