Dank gilt meinem Betreuer Prof. Dr. Gebhard Flaig, der nicht nur durch seine
Politik der ofienen Tur˜ ein optimales Arbeitsumfeld gew˜ahrleistet hat und dessen

Die ersten beiden Kapitel der vorliegenden Arbeit w˜aren nicht m˜oglich gewesen,
ohne die gute und intensive Zusammenarbeit mit meinem Koautor Timo
Wollmersh˜auser. Profltiert habe ich auch vom produktiven Gedankenaustausch in
der Konjunkturabteilung des ifo Instituts. Insbesondere die Anregungen meiner
