as given in this bulletin, have complied with provisions of Act No.the
315 of the Public 1913 filing inActs of of the State of Michigan, by
the office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction prices and sample
copies of textbooks, also a written statement and affidavit as required
in said law, and by executing and filing the required bond which has
been approved the Attorney General.by
The and for sale andsaid publishers are authorized licensed to offer
to make contracts with school boards and boards of education in Michi-
gan for the sale of their textbooks, and to sell the same, all in ac-
cordance with the prices and agreements filed in this office, and under
the provisions said Act No. 315 of the Public Acts of 1913.of
