Présentation PROCORALAN 5 mg, comprimé pelliculé B/100 - Code CIP : 5672081 B/56- Code CIP : 3716762 PROCORALAN 7,5 mg, comprimé pelliculé B/100 - Code CIP : 5672098 B/56- Code CIP : 3716791 Mis en ligne le 21 mai 2013 Substance active (DCI) ivabradine (chlorhydrate d') Cardiologie - Nouvelle indication Progrès thérapeutique mineur uniquement chez certains patients insuffisants cardiaques PROCORALAN a désormais l’AMM dans l'insuffisance cardiaque chronique de classe NYHA II à IV avec dysfonction systolique, chez les patients en rythme sinusal et dont la fréquence cardiaque (FC) est ≥ 75 bpm, en association au traitement standard comprenant des bêtabloquants, ou en cas de contre-indication ou d'intolérance aux bêtabloquants.Il apporte un progrès thérapeutique mineur uniquement chez les insuffisants cardiaques stables de classe NYHA II et III avec dysfonction systolique, en rythme sinusal, dont la fréquence cardiaque est ≥ 77 bpm et chez lesquels les bêtabloquants sont contre-indiqués ou mal tolérés.Chez d’autres patients, ayant une FC < 77 bpm, traités par bêtabloquants, il n’y a pas de démonstration d’un avantage clinique.Chez les patients de classe NYHA IV, l’efficacité n’a pas été établie.
