Ein öfters schlecht gekannter Geschichtspunkt : die Apotheker 2. Klasse.
Wenn auch das Gesetz vom 21. Germinal an XI wohl zwei Kategorien von Zivilapotheker schuf -die der ersten, welche auf dem gesammten Territorium praktizieren konnten, die der zweiten welche das nur prinzipiell in ihrem Examinierungsdepartement tun konnten -so sind die Benennungen « pharmacien de lre classe » und « pharmacien de 2e classe » erst durch das Dekret vom 22. August 1854 offiziell verankert worden. Die Vereinheitlichung wurde durch das Gesetz vom 19. April 1898 verwirklicht welches das Diplom der Apotheker 2. Klasse aufhob. Von 1803 bis 1898 gab es fast doppel soviel Apotheker 2. Klasse -sie waren 18 741 -als solche 1. Klasse.

From 1803 to 1898, pharmacists 2nd Class -who numbered 18 741 -were nearly double those of 1st class.

A little-known point of history : pharmacists 2nd Class.

If the Law of 21 germinal of the year XI did in fact create two categories of civil pharmacists -those of 1st class with the right to

practice throughout the country and its territories and those of 2nd, in principle permitted to practice only in the region where they

had qualified -the nomenclature of 1st class or 2nd class was not officially in use until after the Decree of August 22nd 1854.
