Description

The Lord laid these scriptures on my heart in this order over twenty five years ago. They show the situation you and I are in because of the Fall of Adam and Eve. For their sin entered the world, as His Spiritual life left them, for us to become Satan’s blind children with an inner spiritual void and false identity as a person. You and I were headed to Hell because of our sin and we desperately needed an Advocate, a Redeemer, a Savior to die for us to pay our price for sin. Yet who would die for me, for I know my sin and maybe you feel the same way. Yet in this state, for all have sinned, God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on a Cross to pay what we could not pay, to receive what we don’t deserve in His Grace, Mercy, and Love there. For us to die in Christ as well, to being a child of Satan’s, to know Jesus’ newness of life, to fill that inner heart’s void, and become a new creation born of God as one of His New Children. Then by all this to find you and I were restored in Christ to a right relationship to God as our Father to “know” Him in His Son. To have a living, growing Love relationship with Jesus Christ in our hearts, consumed by His love to have His desires become our own as His friends and bondservants of Love. The choice is yours (as it was mine many years ago) -- what are you going to do with Jesus Christ God’s Son and His Cross? These scriptures may help you make that choice, or help you understand the new eternal journey you’re on. --- ...

The Lord laid these scriptures on my heart in this order over twenty five years ago. They show the situation you and I are in because of the Fall of Adam and Eve. For their sin entered the world, as His Spiritual life left them, for us to become Satans blind children with an inner spiritual void and false identity as a person. You and I were headed to Hell because of our sin and we desperately needed an Advocate, a Redeemer, a Savior to die for us to pay our price for sin. Yet who would die for me, for I know my sin and maybe you feel the same way. Yet in this state, for all have sinned, God sent His Son Jesus Christ to die on a Cross to pay what we could not pay, to receive what we dont deserve in His Grace, Mercy, and Love there. For us to die in Christ as well, to being a child of Satans, to know Jesus newness of life, to fill that inner hearts void, and become a new  creation born of God as one of His New Children. Then by all this to find you and I were restored in Christ to a right relationship to God as our Father to know Him in His Son. To have a living, growing Love relationship with Jesus Christ in our hearts, consumed by His love to have His desires become our own as His friends and bondservants of Love. The choice is yours (as it was mine many years ago) -- what are you going to do with Jesus Christ Gods Son and His Cross? These scriptures may help you make that choice, or help you understand the new eternal journey youre on. --- Scripture taken from the HOLY BIBLE: NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION®. NIV®. The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.) The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush. The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of the Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates.  The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. And the Lord God commanded the man, You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die.  The Lord God said, It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him. Sec. 2 -1 www.zondervan.com
Now the Lord God had formed out of the ground all the beasts of the field and the birds of the air. He brought them to the man to see what he would name them; and whatever the man called each living creature, that was its name. So the man gave names to all the livestock, the birds of the air and all the beast of the field.  But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the Lord God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the mans ribs and closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man.  The man said,                   This is now bone of my bones  and flesh of my flesh;  she shall be called woman,  for she was taken out of man.  For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.  The man and his wife were both naked, and they felt no shame.  Now the serpent was more crafty than any of the wild animals the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, Did God really say, You must not eat from any tree in the garden?  The woman said to the serpent, We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.  You will not surely die, the serpent said to the woman. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.             When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked; so they sewed fig leaves together and made coverings for themselves.  Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the Lord God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the Lord God among the trees of the garden. But the Lord God called to the man, Where are you?  He answered, I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.  And he said, Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from? John chapter 8, verse 31 through 47  To the Jews who had believed in him, Jesus said, If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.  They answered him, We are Abrahams descendents and have never been slaves of anyone. How can you say that we shall be set free?  Sec. 2-2 www.zondervan.com
Jesus replied, I tell you the truth, everyone who sins is a slave to sin. Now a slave has no permanent place in the family, but a son belongs to it forever. So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed. I know you are Abrahams descendents. Yet you are ready to kill me, because you have no room for my word. I am telling you what I have seen in the Fathers presence, and you do what you have heard from your father.  Abraham is our father, they answered.  If you were Abrahams children, said Jesus, then you would do the things Abraham did. As it is, you are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things. You are doing the things your own father does.  We are not illegitimate children, they protested. The only Father we have is God himself.  Jesus said to them, If God were your Father, you would love me, for I came from God and now am here. I have not come on my own; but he sent me. Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable to hear what I say. You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your fathers desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. Yet because I tell you the truth, you do not believe me! Can any of you prove me guilty of sin? If I am telling the truth, why dont you believe me? He who belongs to God hears what God says. The reason you do not hear is that you do not belong to God. Ephesians chapter 2, verses 1-3  As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. All of us also lived among them at one time, gratifying the cravings of our sinful nature and following its desires and thoughts. Like the rest, we were by nature objects of wrath.  Mark chapter 7, verses 14-23  Again Jesus called the crowd to him and said, Listen to me, everyone, and understand this. Nothing outside a man can make him unclean by going into him. Rather, it is what comes out of a man that makes him unclean.  After he had left the crowd and entered the house, his disciples asked him about this parable. Are you so dull? he asked. Dont you see that nothing that enters a man from the outside can make him unclean? For it doesnt go into his heart but into his stomach, and then out of his body.  He went on: What comes out of a man is what makes him unclean. For from within, out of mens hearts, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, malice, deceit, lewdness, envy, slander, arrogance and folly. All these evils come from inside and make a man unclean. 2 Corinthians chapter 4, verse 1-6  Therefore, since through Gods mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we  Sec.2-3 www.zondervan.com
commend our-selves to every mans conscience in the sight of God. And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. For we do not preach ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus sake. For God, who said, Let light shine out of darkness, made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. John chapter 12, verses 39-48  For this reason they could not believe, because, as Isaiah says elsewhere:   He has blinded their eyes  and deadened their hearts,  so they can neither see with their eyes,  nor understand with their hearts,  nor turn  and I would heal them.           Isaiah said this because he saw Jesus glory and spoke about him.  Yet at the same time many even among the leaders believed in him. But because of the Pharisees they would not confess their faith for fear they would be put out of the synagogue; for they loved praise from men more then praise from God.  Then Jesus cried out, When a man believes in me, he does not believe in me only, but in the one who sent me. When he looks at me, he sees the one who sent me. I have come into the world as a light, so that no one who believes in me should stay in darkness.  As for the person who hears my words but does not keep them, I do not judge him. For I did not come to judge the world, but save it. There is a judge for the one who rejects me and does not accept my words; that very word which I spoke will condemn him at the last day. John chapter 9, verses 35-41  Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, and when he found him, he said, Do you believe in the Son of Man?  Who is he sir? the man asked. Tell me so that I may believe in him.  Jesus said, You have now seen him; in fact, he is the one speaking with you.  Then the man said, Lord, I believe, and he worshiped him.  Jesus said, For judgment I have come into this world, so that the blind will see and those who see will become blind.  Some Pharisees who were with him heard him say this and asked, What? Are we blind too?  Jesus said, If you were blind, you would not be guilty of sin; but now that you claim you can see, your guilt remains. Romans chapter 1, verses 21-23  For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.   Sec. 2-4 www.zondervan.com
Romans chapter 3, verses 9 -25  What shall we conclude then? Are we any better? Not at all! We have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under sin. As it is written:   There is no one righteous, not even one;  there is no one who understands,  no one who seeks God.  All have turned away,  they have together become worthless;  there is no one who does good,  not even one.  Their throats are open graves;  their tongues practice deceit.  The poison of vipers is on their lips.  Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness.  Their feet are swift to shed blood;  ruin and misery mark their ways,  and the way of peace they do not know.  There is no fear of God before their eyes.          Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the Law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God. Therefore no one will be declared righteous in his sight by observing the Law; rather, through the law we become conscious of sin.  But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify. This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference, for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus. God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood. He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished---John chapter 1, verse 1-13  In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning.  Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.  There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world.  He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.  Sec. 2-5 www.zondervan.com
Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God  children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husbands will, but born of God.  PART TWO - GODS RESPONSE TO OUR SITUATION:  Hebrews chapter 2, verses 14-18  Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might destroy him who holds the power of death  that is, the devil  and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death. For surely it is not angels he helps, but Abrahams descendents. For this reason he had to be made like his brothers in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people. Because he himself suffered when he was tempted, he is able to help those who are being tempted. John chapter 3, verses 13-21  No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from  the Son of Man. Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.  For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of Gods one and only Son. This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what he has done has been done through God. John chapter 10, verses 7-21  Therefore Jesus said again, I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep. All who ever came before me were thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. He will come in and go out, and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.  I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. The hired hand is not the shepherd who owns the sheep. So when he sees the wolf coming, he abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf attacks the flock and scatters it. The man runs away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing for the sheep.  I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me  just as the Father knows me and I know the Father  and I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep that are not of this sheep pen. I must bring them also. They too will listen to my voice and there shall be one flock and one shepherd. The reason my Father loves me is that I lay down my life  only to take it up again. No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.  Sec. 2- 6 www.zondervan.com
John chapter 5, verses 16-27  So, because Jesus was doing these things on the Sabbath, the Jew persecuted him. Jesus said to them, My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working. For this reason the Jews tried all the harder to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God.  Jesus gave them this answer: I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, to your amazement he will show him even greater things than these. For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it. Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.  I tell you the truth, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be condemned; he has crossed over from death to life. I tell you the truth, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son to have life in himself. And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man. Luke chapter 23, verses 26-49  As they led him away, they seized Simon from Cyrene, who was on his way in from the country, and put the cross on him and made him carry it behind Jesus. A large number of people followed him, including women who mourned and wailed for him. Jesus turned and said to them, Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me; weep for yourselves and your children. For the time will come when you will say, Blessed are the barren women, the wombs that never bore and the breasts that never nursed! Then   they will say to the mountains, Fall on us!  and to the hills, Cover us!  For if men do these things when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?  Two other men, both criminals, were also led out with him to be executed. When they came to the place called the Skull, there they crucified him, along with the criminals  one on his right, the other on his left. Jesus said, Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing. And they divided up his clothes by casting lots.  The people stood watching, and the rulers even sneered at him. They said, He saved others; let him save himself if he is the Christ of God, the Chosen One.  The soldiers also came up and mocked him. They offered him wine vinegar and said, If you are the king of the Jews, save yourself.  There was a written notice above him, which read: THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.                                                                            Sec.2-7 www.zondervan.com
One of the criminals who hung there hurled insults at him: Arent you the Christ? Save yourself and us!   But the other criminal rebuked him. Dont you fear God, he said, since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.  Then he said, Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.  Jesus answered him, I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise.  It was now about the sixth hour, and darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour, for the sun stopped shining. And the curtain of the temple was torn in two. Jesus called out with a loud voice, Father, into your hands I commit my spirit. When he had said this, he breathed his last.  The centurion, seeing what had happened, praised God and said, Surely this was a righteous man. When all the people who had gathered to witness this sight saw what took place, they beat their breasts and went away. But all those who knew him, including the women who had followed him from Galilee, stood at a distance, watching these things. 1 Corinthians chapter 15, verses 12-28 But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of            you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised. For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are to be pitied more than all men.  But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. For since death came through a man, the resurrection of the dead comes also through a man. For as in Adam all die, so in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own turn: Christ, the firstfruits; then, when he comes, those who belong to him. Then the end will come, when he hands over the kingdom to God the Father after he has destroyed all dominion, authority and power. For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy to be destroyed is death. For he has put everything under his feet. Now when it says that everything has been put under him, it is clear that does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all. Romans chapter 5, verses 12-21.  Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned  for before the law was given, sin was in the world. But sin is not taken into account when there is no law. Nevertheless, death reigned from the time of Adam to the time of Moses, even over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did Adam, who was a pattern of the one to come.  But the gift is not like the trespass. For if the many died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did Gods grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man,  Sec.2-8 www.zondervan.com
Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! Again, the gift of God is not like the result of the one mans sin: The judgment followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift followed many trespasses and brought justification. For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive Gods abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.  Consequently, just as the result of the one trespass was condemnation for all men, so also the result of one act of righteousness was justification that brings life for all men. For just as though the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.  The law was added so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, so that, just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness to bring eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.   PART THREE - WHEN WE COME TO THE CROSS, WE MEET NOT ONLY THE END, BUT A NEW LIFE IN CHRIST  Romans chapter 6, verses 1-14  What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? Or dont you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.  If we have been united with him like this in his death, we will certainly also be united with him in his resurrection. For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin --- because anyone who has died has been freed from sin.  Now if we died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him. For we know that since Christ was raised from the dead, he can not die again; death no longer has mastery over him. The death he died, he died to sin once for all; but the life he lives, he lives to God.  In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness. For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under the law, but under grace. Romans chapter 7, verses 1-6  Do you not know, brothers  for I am speaking to men who know the law  that the law has authority over a man only as long as he lives? For example, by law a married woman is bound to her husband as long as he is alive, but if her husband dies, she is released from the law of marriage. So then, if she marries another man while her husband is still alive, she is called an adulteress. But if her husband dies, she is released from that law and is not an adulteress, even though she marries another man.   Sec.2-9 www.zondervan.com
So, my brothers, you also died to the law through the body of Christ, that you might belong to another, to him who was raised from the dead, in order that we might bear fruit to God. For when we were controlled by the sinful nature, the sinful passions aroused by the law were at work in our bodies, so that we bore fruit for death. But now, by dying to what once bound us, we have been released from the law so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit, and not in the old way of the written code. Colossians chapter 1, verses 19-23  For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.  Once you were alienated from God and were enemies in your minds because of your evil behavior. But now he has reconciled you by Christs physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation  if you continue in your faith, established and firm, not moved from the hope held out in the gospel. This is the gospel that you heard and that has been proclaimed to every creature under heaven, and of which I, Paul, have become a servant. Colossians chapter 2, verses 8-15  See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ.  For in Christ all the fullness of the Deity lives in bodily form, and you have been given fullness in Christ, who is the head over every power and authority. In him you were also circumcised, in the putting off of the sinful nature, not with a circumcision done by hands of men but with the circumcision done by Christ, having been buried with him in baptism and raised with him through your faith in the power of God, who raised him from the dead.  When you were dead in your sins and in the uncircumcision of your sinful nature, God made you alive with Christ. He forgave us all our sins, having cancelled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross. And having disarmed the powers and authorities, he made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them by the cross. 1 Corinthians chapter 6, verses 9-11  Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanders nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God. Hebrews chapter 8, verses 1-13  The point of what you are saying is this: We do have such a high priest, who sat down at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven, and who serves in the sanctuary, the true tabernacle set up by the Lord, not by man.    Sec.2-10 www.zondervan.com
Every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices, and so it was necessary for this one also to have something to offer. If he were on earth, he would not be a priest, for there are already men who offer the gifts prescribed by the law. They serve at a sanctuary that is a copy and shadow of what is in heaven. This is why Moses was warned when he was about to build the tabernacle: See to it that you make everything according to the pattern shown you on the mountain. But the ministry Jesus has received is as superior to theirs as the covenant of which he mediator is superior to the old one, and it is founded on better promises.  For if there had been nothing wrong with that first covenant, no place would have been sought for another. But God found fault with the people and said:                                  The time is coming, declares the Lord,  when I will make a new covenant  with the house of Israel  and with the house of Judah.  It will not be like the covenant  I made with their forefathers  when I took them by the hand  to lead them out of Egypt,  because they did not remain faithful to my covenant,  and I turned away from them,                                                                                                       declares the Lord.  This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel  after that time, declares the Lord.  I will put my laws in their minds  And write them on their hearts.  I will be their God,  and they will be my people.  No longer will a man teach his neighbor,  or a man his brother, saying, know the lord,  because they will all know me,  from the least of them to the greatest.  For I will forgive their wickedness  and will remember their sins no more.   By calling this covenant new, he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear. Hebrews chapter 9, verses 11 through chapter 10, verse 25  When Christ came as high priest of the good things that are already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not man made, that is to say, not part of this creation. He did not enter by means of the blood of goats and calves; but he entered the Most Holy Place once for all by his own blood, having obtained eternal redemption. The blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkled on those who are ceremonially unclean sanctify them so that they are outwardly clean.  Sec.2-11 www.zondervan.com
