This Final Report is the last contractual technical delivery of the MAICA project.
The MAICA project aims at evaluating, by using ATM simulation tools, the consequences on
global ATM performance (capacity, efficiency and safety) of various changes envisaged for
ASM, ATC, airports and aircraft operations.
This report focuses on the presentation of the results of those evaluations. Three previous
Technical Notes delivered all along the projects give more details on the changes exploration
and selection process (TN1), the simulation objectives definition (TN2) and the simulation
development specification (TN3).
This report is structured with one main body and 6 annexes.
All the MAICA partners have participated to the redaction of this document :
AEROSPATIALE, ALCATEL ISR, AENA, ALENIA/SICTA, SWEDAVIA and ENAV.
