The statements define the future responsibilities and challenges of Public Employment Services stemming from the changes taking place in the economic, social and technological spheres. The aim of this publication is to broadly disseminate the agreements reached in the network of the Heads of Public Employment Services to the PES staff, to the partner organisation of PES, and to other interested partners.
