HOW TO ACQUIRE THESE SKILLS Now that you know what skills and personal traits employers want, how do you get them? It’s easy when you take advantage of what is offered to you during your college experience. There are three ways for you to “claim” these skills: 1. Every course you take offers an opportunity to acquire skills- through discussion, assignments, projects, and research. 2. The University has over 80 different organizations and clubs that you can get involved in. 3. Your part time employment and volunteer works. Now that you know what skills and personal traits employers want, how do you get them? It’s easy when you take advantage of what is offered to
