In this book, I respond to the need for explanations of UAPs/UFOs, as presented by the Report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. I work within the Framework of the Pentagon’s statement that UAPs are real objects with advanced intelligently controlled technologies, which are not ours (US). I present explanations of the Physics of UFOs/UAPs and how they work. I analyze and explain UAPs’ flight characteristics. I present explanations for the observables listed by the National Intelligence Director’s Report. I address and refute the hypothesis that UAPs are advanced hypersonic drones from Russia or China. I review and address the National Security as well as air safety concerns. I present case evidence and historical data supporting the hypothesis that some UFOs/UAPs are advanced technologies that do not seem to originate from Earth. It is evidence that may be conducive to the discovery, the realization that we are not alone in the Universe. This book is also intended to be used for additional reading in Astronomy and Physics classes.

According to Radar measurements the Tic Tac UAP/UFO descended from 28,000 feet to 50 feet above the water in 0.78 seconds, it reached a speed of 24,000 miles per hour, and it stopped silently above the water.

The Tic – Tac UAP, as observed close up by F18 Pilots.
What is it? My hypothesis: It is a hypersonic drone with advanced AI, run by a supercomputer, and a Force Field Propulsion Generator with a Nuclear Energy source.
Below, I make a comparison of the size of the Tic Tac UAP (approximately 40 feet), based on close-up observations by US Navy Pilots during the 2004 Nimitz incident on the Pacific, about 60 miles off the coast of San Diego.

INTRODUCTION
It has been established by the Pentagon that UAPs are real, intelligently controlled objects with exceptional flight characteristics and that the Directorate of National Intelligence does not have explanations for 143 cases out of 144 cases and it needs explanations, to advance in the understanding of this phenomenon. Especially, because of its implications as a potential threat to US National Security and to Air Safety.
To quote from the recently released report by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence:
“Safety concerns primarily center on aviators contending with an increasingly cluttered air domain. UAP would also represent a national security challenge if they are foreign adversary collection platforms or provide evidence a potential adversary has developed either a breakthrough or disruptive technology”
Purpose: The purpose of this book is therefore, to help, assist and address the need for explanations, and make progress in providing explanations and insights into the phenomenon of UAPs/UFOS and to present some solutions to the problems these craft present, especially in the apparent violation of the Laws of Physics.
To assess the potential of UAPs to present any threat to the Security of the United States.
To assess the potential of UAPs to present any threat to Air Safety.
Methods: By evaluating each relevant hypothesis and using the existing evidence of UAPs for the last 400 years, using advanced Physics and to go through a process of elimination.
By comparing UAP technology performance with the best of Earth’s Technologies after the observation of the UAP. By focusing on what is left after the exclusion process.
Physics: By identifying and examining specific cases and using Modern Physics to explain it. The concept is to look at specific cases and extracting from them useful and specific relevant Physics information and data and to use all areas of Physics, in an effort to explain UAPs.
To extend the number of observables, based on actual observations, from 5 to 36.
By expanding the period of available data from 2004 - 2021 to the period of 400 years ago to the present.
It is the purpose of this book to advance the process of understanding UFOs/UAPs, and an effort to answer some fundamental questions.
The content of this Book is well intended, and it can be a helpful tool for object, UAP, identification and understanding.
This book selects, analyzes and articulates the content of hundreds of UAP cases and it provides insights about the existing evidence into a set that constitutes an important step and significant advance in the process towards the understanding of UAPs.
In this book, I try to provide insights and solutions to the UAP Problems, such as a solution to the apparent violation of the Law of Conservation of Linear Momentum. The solution to the problem of the absence of extreme material stresses caused by the extremely high accelerations, i.e., up to 5,000 g’s.
