We extend a special thank you to Brandon Bowling,
golf professional, Blairsden California.
Clio, Blairsden, Portola, and Quincy are some
of the small communities surrounding Graeagle,
California. A blanket of snow covers these little
mountain towns each winter. After the snow melts
spring reveals many recreational treasures in the
area. One of these treasures is the variety of
golf courses beautifully landscaped within the
mountainous terrain. It is here that Bear and his
friends find their next adventure.
There is a time in early May
when days are getting long.
The flowers sprout and grass turns green
and birds will chirp a song.
The snow begins to melt and drip
and fills the mountain streams.
The forest seems to come awake
from all the bright sun’s beams.
