Songbird lowered her head and wept - for she could not do the one thing she believed she was created for.
The Most High spoke gently to Songbird and her mate: “Dear ones, do not fret. Your song has changed because creation has changed….Songbird did not understand and cocked her head to the side. The Most High smiled and gently stroked her neck. “Your new song is so important, for it is the song that man needs to hear. Your song will remind all who hear it that this earth is not the place of joy and love I planned for them, and some will search for more, and will find Me.
The Songbird is about a young bird whose life is changed by the actions of others. Through her disappointment, she learns of God’s care & plan for her personally. Each of us have a gift from God and we have a God who will help us fulfill our destiny.
