Essence, envelopes poetry pertaining to nature, our surroundings and their impact on us. Woman, as the name suggests has poetry regarding women, their strength and the hurdles they face.

Dr. Sana, an orthodontist by qualification has harbored a passion for writing from childhood. Putting pen to paper has been her way of channeling her sentiments.
Her poems reflect her thoughts and observations. Each poem has been written with true intent and honesty. Although profound in content, the simplicity of expression outline some very relevant issues. Poetry must linger in the minds long after being read.
This book creates that impact on the soul.
