About The Author
Arianne Carson has always enjoyed reading and writing, so when she was diagnosed with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) and depression, writing was an invaluable source of comfort. Arianne wrote her poetry in order for her to understand and evaluate those thoughts and feelings.
