Description

As children of heaven and earth. We chose to be born into this time when the world is at the most interesting turns. We are the perfect embodiment of light and dark. We are the answers to our own questions.

Life is a flowing river. The songs we sing echoing in reflections of our learning.

Under the same sky, we share the same rights. Our feelings are of the primal importance of our well-being. May all beings understand our creator's role and relate to each other with kindness.

May we know the essence of life comes from nonjudgement. May we learn to trust the one who gives us this life. And to taste the preciousness of our own being.

Me
I do n’t have to be anybody

I am nobody

I am the one and only

Me

When desires leave me

When no where I need to be

When I could just rest inside

I am free

When all thoughts seized

I found

Me

How sweet

Preciousness
What beauty

The sun the moon
The day and the night

What miracles
Rotating

Serving one another
Endless

The creator is us

This universe here
For us all to taste experience

Children of Heaven and Earth
Beyond precious

Look far

One glimpse of our true self captured
Eternal peace

Inner you
A heavenly arranged friend asked:

How do you find that inner you?

Inner you? Who is that?
The inner you are the inner heart of the hearts
The one that we call God
The one knows everything and nothing
Has no knowledge of time
Nor does it know about differentiating
This one
Could only be found
When you are in the same steps and waves
When you are not doing harm
To any living being

The other is you and you the other
You cannot kill without killing yourself
You cannot give without receiving

This inner you are the judge sits on the throne
Watching with the most dedicated attentiveness
Of every of your move
And the intention behind
Joy and sorrow thus begin

Total and absolute trust in love
A journey set out to find the one
Isn’t the best hiding place
Right in front of our own eyes?
Why can we not be seeing what is right in front?
Every complication has its own reason
And complexity
Is what the inner you disguise
The most

The palace we build within
One brick at a time
Is it from purity?
Or is it from a wanting?
Are we creating heaven?
Or do we want to live in hell?
Clarity is the key
Honesty with ourselves

Is the beginning step we take
Toward finding our inner self

The inner self
Never know about fear or worry or even care
The inner self
Soar into the sky and it is as big as
The universe itself

If you find the one
You find the all
If you can focus on the one
You can for the whole
Always remember
The one is the whole
And the whole
Is the one

The inner you know no weakness
Its strength does not exhaust
For it has not a mind of its own
Beginning and ending
Is merely the same

Know this inner you rest inside of you
When you call upon it
It is right there
Never leaves

Calm your own sea
let your breath take you
To the bottom of your ocean
When the mind stops counting
When a thousand projections cease working
when you can smell your own scent
your innermost scent
that belongs only to you
you are getting close to thee

Aaa sound
Opens all barriers
Let the sound
Open you up
Let yourself
Be open
Until you touch the infiniteTrust in your breath
Trust that inner you who wants your return
More than a mom wants her baby to come home
Once you are united with thee
You touch heaven

Trust the breath will take you there
Just breath in peace
Focus on one point inside of your body
Let your thoughts come and go
Deeper and deeper
You discover
What infinite worlds
Are all inside you
What created all these worlds
Also, are your own thoughts

Don’t stay with any
Don’t hold on to anything
For what you are holding onto
Becomes you
And you
Has no color nor can you have a label
The definition is for explanation
You cannot be explain

When you reach such peace
Trust becomes a by-product
You taste it but you are not aware of it
You are deep in blissful heaven
Deep in your deepening
When you are one with yourself
Doubting incomprehensible

Watch thoughts come and go
Let them be
Do not follow them
Nor give them power and attention to grow
Amuse yourself and sink in
Know your inner self
Awaits you in a smile
And their open arms
Bring you back to the warm womb

Nothing is worthy
For you to leave

Stay here
Believe

In the wonders of life

Trust

Out of the ordinary

Magic everywhere

Look for them

Gaze into the part

That does not compare

Present moment

Right here

The eyes

Look at the nose

The nose

Look at the lips

And the lips

Stare at the heart

All is here

Enjoy the moment

Stay there

Reflection
What we see in another

Might exactly be how we are

If there is no mirror in this world

Where do we see us?

There is a monk who blamed for making a girl pregnant

“Is this so”?

He says

Took the baby in and go on with his routine

After a year the girl felt too guilty so she told the truth

The monk is not the father

“Is this so”?

The monk says

Return the baby went on his routine

What peace made

“ Is this so?”

The first who jumps at a criticism

To the last who smiles

What measures are paved in between?

We are all performers in life

Acting for our hearts’ liking

Twin
A twin lives

Inside of me

One brother lives a comfortable life

Splendid indeed

The other

Experience lacking insecurity

Although one lives high the other low

They get along perfectly

Somehow they remember the echoing

Contradiction

leads to understanding

Source of knowledge

Pay attention

Let them be
Heaven and hell are from the same source

Come back

Connect with breath

If you don’t want anything

You are free

A snail climb on the grapes vine

Wish him to go faster

But he is fine

No one can be happy or sad forever
