Every so often, the Blue Planet receives a word, a message or a vibe from beyond its bounds. Humanity often scratches its head for a long time to either decipher the message or even decide if it's real. Time will pass by until the "word" is completely forgotten, except by a select few, but by then humanity will find itself on the precipice of annihilation or perhaps enlightenment. Much of it is due to humanity's difficulty overcoming its dual struggle within. It results in its brilliance out of necessity to overcome false nationalistic pride, narcissistic economic egos or selfish scientific technologies and other superficial divisions that separate and hold so much for a few and withholds from so many, creating total global disharmony. The Theocron Codex was a "letter" to those with ears to listen in humanity to rise and uplift themselves out of the stale quagmire of defeat and hopelessness and to halt that spiralling-downward descent into dankness and eventual destruction leading to our demise. It carefully whispered to those who had perceptibility to "seeing" and compel them to confront the threat of darkness in hopelessness by overcoming their fear and see the light that the human potential is truly capable of. The Universe gave humanity a torch called the Theocron Codex!

About the Author
The author, known as Orwells (Marcus Wells), a medical doctor, served as a clinical associate at the prestigious National Institutes of Health (NIH). It was here that he was introduced to some of the most leading edge biomedical scientists in modern medical science. In the ‘castle of miracles’, he was privileged to some of the most cutting edge biotechnologies, designed for future medical uses. Coincidentally, it was during the same time that the institute was working on the renowned Human Genome Project, which has since been completed.
Though extremely excited by his experiences there, Dr. Wells later became as equally concerned by the possibilities of ‘fast-tracking’, non-fully developed biotechnologies and what ethical dilemmas that might pose or threaten a society if not fully understood what their capabilities were.
Even with the wonderful discoveries in the biomedical tech fields, these same wonders, by just a few with their own agenda, could run amuck and could quite possibly present their own agenda of social and biological engineering.
Biotech products are provided to the consumer daily in numerous types of markets. These same markets often have awesome influences, not only on the scientific community, but in guiding the progress of future research, impacting global markets and even shifting the world economies.
But what if one day an ‘insider group’, much like the ‘SIGI’, spoken of in the ‘The Metas’, sought to infiltrate an ‘outdated, over-burdened, vulnerable, bureaucratic biotech system’? By altering standards, they might seek to ‘franchise’ their agenda by making it easy to hatch their unsuspecting plan on an unsuspecting public? The ‘insiders’ would now be in a position to not only control the markets of biomeds, but be at a position to potentially change the biology of all humans on the planet without their knowing it. By the time the public would become aware of it, a new ‘race’ of humankind would have emerged by taking unsuspected products that manipulate their genetics!
This new ‘Designer Race’ would possibly possess new strands on their DNA, new cellular metabolism, or molecular structures altogether. Nano-technology add-ons with supra-microchips also could be changed out at any time to suit the ‘insider’ market agenda.
In developing the theme for ‘The Metas’, Dr. Wells asked if a similar situation like this was ever possible not only in a future scenario, but in today’s world, where biotechnologies such as polymerase chain reaction (PCR), cloning, genetically modified foods and ‘nano-technology’ are routinely used. Could an ‘alternative’ human project co-exist simultaneously alongside a ‘regular’ biotech policy with regular productivity? One that could insidiously manipulate human DNA without our knowledge? Could neurotransmitters become programmed through biomeds to manipulate neural processes? In another world that eerily looks like our own, could this method the secret elite ‘SIGI’ use to literally ‘design’ a new and better humanity?
In his book, we see how easily in any era an unchecked system could hold a whole community hostage to its agenda. How humanity relates to everything on the planet with technology, but the lesson we may still have to learn is how vital its impact is on our very own survivability!
Dr. Wells has created a truly gripping science-fiction drama that makes us capable of stepping back and ask ‘what if’. Besides, being a published author, Dr. Wells has also served in the U.S. Health and Human Services, where he received his certificate from the President of the United States for his active duty status as a commissioned officer in the Public Health Service. Dr. Wells, who has a Master’s degree in Public Health, is also noted for his prior experiences as a researcher, academician, and clinician.

Introduction
This book describes the plight of a planet caught up in a post-apocalyptic world. To avoid destruction, again, humankind, now in a new era, has already begun to synthesize an evolved consciousness that challenges older realities. By using a new technology, which blends quantum mechanics with metaphysics, a new direction has begun. This new potentiality allows humanity the ability to understand everything in the infinite ‘continuum’ of the universe, a record of time, space, and matter. But unlike the previous material paradigm this one transcends all dimensions through purpose and human connectedness. The new awakening promises to open an unlimited number of possibilities by evolving humankind’s potential, infinitely.
In this new era, humankind again has a new opportunity and a new mission in preserving all life. After years of wars, they are urged by the need to explore the depths of outer space to acquire critical resources to survive. But the voyage of exploration into outer space ends up becoming only a metaphor for the deeper journey into ‘inner space’ of humanity’s own conscience. The confrontation of human duality becomes center stage for a drama that will decide the human fate on inter-galactic proportions.
Before it is all over with, an old ‘codex’, barely remembered, is rediscovered, foretelling earth’s destiny and hope, returns to humanity’s loss sense of purpose, but not before the world has sunk to its lowest depths. A new consciousness is revealed to point towards better ideas and choices to avoid another world cataclysm. Potentially one that is of utter destruction ever, seemingly to want to repeat this human drama.
The universe uses a sonic vibrational force with sequential acoustical wave pattern to deliver messages heard as tones, also known as the ‘First Voice (FV)’, reminding humanity either through nature or interacting directly with humankind to demonstrating that the real victory is not in conquering other worlds for material resources, but rather for humanity to overcome itself, personally and collectively. The ‘FV’ encourages humanity to disavow its own ego and also restore the planet to worthier challenges. It is only by this means does humanity comes to an understanding why it was chosen in the universe in the first place.
The new consciousness unfolds several choices with the use of free will. The outcome of which will decide the existence of the planet. The collective decision humanity will have to make, no matter how insignificant they may appear, all will become significant. Humanity, now, comes to a stage where all have to recognize that everyone’s input placed together is being awaited for as a greater test of humanity’s struggle to respond united before the universe’s cyclical decision to wipe out a planet that has not yet harmonized in the galaxy. ‘The Metas’ places a higher human responsibility and higher ethic for the meaning of our existence. If humanity is willing to accept a more advanced state in the cosmos by evolving awareness, the planet just might make the ‘deadline’ and survive.
But once humanity has reached the edges of space, it is soon realized that maybe not all beings in the galaxy think the ‘Blue Planet’ is worthy of achieving these potentials and thus an inter-galactic battle to determine which cause is more acceptable to perpetuate life in the cosmos ensues.
