We all understand and witness life and the fact that the world around us keeps moving whatever happens, but certain times and portions of our lives impact the rest of it. Because of Wilbur, the author decided that she would continue to adopt and rescue dogs in need for the rest of her life and encourage others to do so. What is often described as unconditional love is clearly demonstrated in this story.

Preface
This story was truly a labor of love. I first knew I needed to share our story of Wilbur twelve years ago. I started writing, and then I just couldn’t. I stopped after the December chapter, and you will see why.
