Fat Burning Smoothies
Fat Burning Smoothies
½ Lemon w/Peel, chopped
1 Medium Orange, Squeezed
2 Medium Carrots, Chopped to Small Chunks
½ Cup Coconut or Unsweetened Almond Milk to the Fill Line
Put all ingredients in a blender & blend to your preferred consistency. Make two servings.
Fat Burning Smoothies
¼ Cup Coconut
1 ½ Cup Watermelon
½ Cup Strawberries w/Leaves
½ Cup Beets
Add Coconut Water to Max Line.
Place all ingredients into the blender, blend to desired consistency. You may add 1 packet of splenda if a bit of sweetener is needed.
Fat Burning Smoothies
½ Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Frozen, Unsweetened Peaches
2 tsp Cold-Pressed Flaxseed Oil
1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Place everything except the flaxseed oil into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and stir flaxseed oil into the smoothie, using a wooden spoon.
