Description

When talent development professionals know more about their learners’ interests, knowledge gaps, learning preferences, and amount of discretionary time for learning, they can offer products that better meet individuals’ learning needs. Learning personas help TD professionals expand that knowledge. In “Learning Personas: Beyond Demographics,” Karen Bishea Williams unpacks learning personas from an L&D perspective.
