We are all on our individual journey through life.

We decide how we shape this by the actions

we do take or the ones we decide not to take.

It is up to us how to be in the river of life.

This 55-Day-Planner helps you do this.
8 easy steps to guide you to a good start

1. Buy this 55-Day-Planner for yourself and / or give it as a present to: your spouse, your children, your friends, your colleagues - and your boss.
2. Fill in the fields on page 2 in your book to make it yours.
3. Prepare to have the following ready at hand: coffee/tea/water, [coloured] pens/pencils/highlighters, yourself - take the time [at least 20 Minutes uninterrupted time] contemplate on the questions we pose in your most favourite environment.
4. We provide free pages that support you in reflecting on defining your own Goal, Aim rightly and create the subsequent structure in order for yourself to reach your own goal.
5. Add ‘what is special today for you’ - because in every day there is something special.
6. Add ‘what else is there’ (that what you didn’t write about/didn’t see yet) and reflect on that what this means to you (maybe the next day)?
7. Once you have filled in all the free pages provided for your writing, you have an overview in regard to this very own time window and you then can take it from there - in your next 55-day book.

The days are numbered in this order so that your entries are put into a sequence.
The acronym ‘GAS’ allows you to define your goal, how you aim to reach it and give your ‘river of life’ structure. This provides you with continuity stability. 3 extra Questions on
3 days per week that allow for your further reflection and deepen your understanding.
One extra question in each picture that provides you with ‘food for thought’.

Real-Life Example

The experience stated below is a real-life

experience / entry in the 55-day-planner.

Day 0: 24.05.2022
I got up this morning and needed a freshly-brewed coffee first, because I was working late last night to support the company’s project. My head feels dizzy and my vision is still blurred, because my phone went off in the middle of the night from someone calling from the US and then I had difficulties falling asleep again.
I came across this 55-Day-Planner @ Waterstones in Edinburgh/Scotland, when we, my husband and I, were up in Scotland for our first honeymoon - after having been married for 10 years. Gosh, time flies! The cover of this book caught my eye as well as the words ’55-day-planning’ - this is a time-span I feel I can oversee quite easily - in stark contrast to my engagement in the company I am currently working in.
It is hard for me to make sense what is going on there at the moment. To me it feels like having to constantly ‘run blush fires’ - not only detecting ‘smoke-screens’ - and support my team. I have started my journey with this company only 5 months ago and it already feels like having been there for ages and not really being able to make progress in what needs to be done, ‘re-organise the HR-structure due to a change’.
The role I currently carry is the role of VP Human Resources. I have been carrying this title and filling similar roles in the past 10 years for 3 other corporates already. People would call me experienced and senior. This is my 4th post in such a function. I wonder if I do feel getting tired of this constant change - and whether I long for more stability?
I am still a bit unsure how to fill this role ‘right’ in order to ‘make it work’ - I know the company already has myriads processes and guidelines in place - at the moment they rather feel as ‘straight-jackets’ to me - and not allowing my team or even the other 8 VP’s to truly ‘make it happen’ in order for the organisation to reach their goal at the end of 2023. The goal has been set by outside stakeholders - ‘put on’ rather than ‘grew from within’ - which is a challenge in itself.
Well I truly hope that with my intention to fill in these 55 pages with whatever will cross my mind/body, I can gain more clarity that in turn will help me to take the next right steps for myself, my team and the organisation. Looking at this I perceive writing rather easy and quick - it only took me 10 Minutes. I feel hopeful.
