The first part of your journey is called Separation. You must detach yourself from what you’ve known up until now. This Separation is a form of death, but it is also a form of rebirth. You are about to transform before your eyes, and you must be prepared for the obstacles that will arise.

The most successful people in the world keep a childlike approach to life. Childlike means you are open to any possibility. You remain open to miracles, synchronicities, and hearing a truth that you’ve heard before.

It’s time to change your thinking, starting with everything you think you know about transforming your life. Give me 40 days and then you can have your old beliefs back, if that’s what you decide.

You will feel stuck if you’re falling short of your potential. And feeling stuck often feels like death. The primary feelings of being dead are powerlessness, contraction, and frustration. You may be experiencing all three of these feelings in one or more areas of your life.

The areas where you feel dead are the areas where most of your work must be done. It is in these areas where you have the least amount of faith in your Creator and in yourself.

Admit where you are dead, and take a first step toward your growth. Do not lie to yourself about your capabilities, or else you will never transform your life. Today, be honest with yourself and reveal your truth.

The speed at which your life changes depends on your belief system. You can easily plug into the belief that you need to wait for X, Y, or Z reasons to change, or you can plug into the belief that now is the time and you must begin immediately.

You’ve been missing out on love, passion, joy, excitement, and adventure. It’s time to get real about what you’ve been missing out on. After our session, you will be free, and you will experience more than enough love, passion, joy, excitement, and adventure.

You can’t wait any longer to change. You don’t want to miss any more joy, excitement, love, or adventure. You have no idea what wonderful things your Creator has in store for you once you commit to trusting your true Purpose.

We can’t change our lives at the level of behavior. We can, however, change our lives by changing our mindset and our determination.

The Anatomy of Transformation ladder is made up of five stages: behavior, thoughts, mental level, emotion, and beliefs. If you just try to change your behavior, you will still have four other layers that will keep you stuck.

You know the limiting behaviors: overeating, not eating at all, staying in a job that doesn’t serve you, blaming women you’re dating for your mistakes, and so on. These are the behaviors you desperately want to change, but can’t seem to find a way past.

Your story creates your behavior. You don’t just do things randomly. Thoughts create behavior. The expectations of your peer group can give you insight into how far you will be able to go in life.

If you find yourself struggling to be perfect, try adding that to the list of stories you tell yourself, which create limiting behaviors. Looking at your limiting behavior and the stories behind it is like holding up a big mirror to the darkest parts of your life.

You must accept that you are changing the rules, and that not everyone you know will be able to adapt to that. Your limiting behaviors and stories are normal for you and your peer group, but not for you anymore.

Ask yourself: Where do my clients get their stories. The usual suspects are their parents, their significant others, their religions, their bosses, their brothers or sisters, the media, and bullies in school.

Today, you are going to sit with your limiting behaviors, the stories behind them, and the origins or sources of those stories. This is not easy work, but it is important. Remember that you are an infinite Soul connected to your Divine Creator, moving forward in self-love and courage.

Today, you are going to feel like you are pushing an ancient splinter out of your soul. But you must have courage and allow yourself to go further than you’ve gone before.

You will feel your negative emotions most in your stomach and solar plexus. They are a call for awareness and healing. There is nothing wrong with you. You are not your emotions. But your emotions do come bearing lessons, and you can’t learn those lessons until you feel them.

You are taking back your power by listing the emotions you feel as a result of these behaviors and stories. These emotions can be difficult to feel, and you may want to turn back, but don’t do that. Stay with it.
