Why psychic protection and why energy enhancement?
Psychic protection is the subject on which I receive most correspondence and personal energy enhancement is, to my mind, the single most important step you can take to make yourself healthy, happy and whole. That is why I have chosen in this new book to draw together over thirty years experience and share with you how to protect, cleanse and strengthen your energy field and your environment.
The book is divided into chapters that cover the whole of your life experience and many of the techniques, once learned, can easily be transferred to other situations. The material in this book goes way beyond my two earlier psychic protection books and incorporates my latest techniques for working with crystals and flower essences, although it also includes some tried and tested favourites as I have not yet found anything to better them. One of the first protection techniques I ever learned, for example, was to picture jumping into a shiny new dustbin and pulling the lid down whenever negativity was around. I still use this image today and see no reason to change it. The same applies to cord cutting which I have used very successfully for over thirty years and still feel is the best tool for improving relationships or setting yourself free from one that has passed it s sell-by date. Notwithstanding, I now realise how important it is to check for cords and hooks located in the vibratory bodies that comprise the aura - the biomagnetic sheath and the subtle chakras that link the sheath with the physical body - so the exercises have been expanded to include these areas. Other techniques in this book, however, are totally new.
I am particularly excited to be able to introduce Crystal Tapping to you. It is one of the most effective ways I have yet found to transform emotional blockages, toxic thinking and ingrained behaviour patterns. It is the perfect accompaniment to crystals and flower essences for emotional transformation. It is also the perfect way to bring confidence, calmness and peace in any situation. It came in answer to my plea to the universe for a way to shift negativity rapidly - and permanently - opening the way for a new vibration to manifest. I feel sure you too will find enormous benefit from this marvellous new technique for emotional healing.
