That’s what Joe, Mike, and Ronald, pals since childhood and now in their late sixties, set out to do. Lucifer and Sophia were the first two archangels ever created, but their reputations today are in ruins or obscurity. They want to find out why. After much travelling and on-site investigation, they discover that the true story of these two primary archangels is not what people have thought. It is the key that unlocks the purpose and destiny of the Earth. The final outcome of humanity is implicated too.
Many diverse cultures maintain cultural images of these two figures, and in many cases, their images are positive, uplifting, even comic. This trio of geomythic researchers take the Greek icon of Prometheus bound on Mount Caucasus for defying Zeus as their rallying point and seek to probe its true meaning. Mythic images, especially old ones, need to be decoded for the modern mind. They tend to have layers of meaning and you shortchange yourself if you either dismiss them or take them only on a literal basis. You have to jump into them psychically, put them on like clothes, and get mythopoeic about these old stories.
Along the way, as they visit sites in America, the British Isles, Japan, Uzbekistan, Zimbabwe, Chile, Mexico, and other far-flung locales, they’re assisted by angels, Ray Masters, and the genius loci of the many sites that preserve a myth of these two archangels. Foremost among the places visited is Ireland, the legendary Emerald Isle, and it turns out this island nation, anciently called Ériu-Land after its presiding landscape goddess, has a pivotal world role to play in the restitution of these mythic figures and the future well-being of the planet and its humanity.

Guidance Counselor : I don’t think there’s much of a career future in that, son.
Foreword
This manuscript has a strange history. Apparently, it languished in a neglected clothes cabinet drawer for, and this is hard to believe, 73 years. On the other hand, maybe it would have been premature to reveal this account to the world in the mid-2020s when it was written. It is somewhat on the radical side.
Its presumed authorship is equally surprising, if not disturbing. I never knew, and I don’t think anybody acquainted with these matters did either, that the legendary Blaise had a brother, and it is this brother who did the geomantic work reported in this account. He did it with two life-long friends from his childhood, or so they seemed at first. Later they remembered where they were from. It is nearly a publishing cliché, but the unsuspected manuscript turned up on my desk one morning, in good editorial, publishable trim, begging to be published, like a surprise Hello! from a long-ago friend you forgot you knew.
The manuscript was written in about 2026 by Blaise’s brother, Ronald. No last name was provided, just as Blaise’s biography itself is minimal and sketchy. At least we have a first name. Nobody ever found out even Blaise’s first name. Carlos Castaneda would have approved. He was always talking about erasing personal history. That was so unlike modern American culture where through social media many people turned their personal history into a commodity.
Technology allowed narcissism to run rampant, which is hard to imagine in these more sober times. Not with this family. They thrived on discretion, even hermiticism, as if the facts of their lives, however mundane, must stay classified. We do know that Ronald and his brother were great pals, worked together; he was four years younger than Blaise so he would have been about 72 when he wrote this book on the history and fate of Lucifer and Sophia. Now, all these years later, God knows if he’s still alive. He might be. Anyway, he lives in this book which is probably as public as he would ever wish to be and still remain anonymous. He would be the first to say, anonymity is essential for the work.
His brother had astonishing longevity, having lived until age 136. Ronald, if he did survive that long, now would be 145 years old. So he is probably gone, possibly long gone. Of course, with brothers like this, you have to ask, gone to where? His two work companions, only designated as Joe and Mike, were evidently friends from childhood who, reaching adulthood, shared similar interests, maybe even secretly held and performed, when young like him, the unheralded and definitely outré job description of being Lucifer apologists.
It’s charming and even poignant the way Ronald defers to the authority of his older brother in terms of information about the geomantic state of things. For those readers who have “met” the enigmatic Blaise in other books in this series, Ronald’s perception of his brother provides a unique fraternal view of him. Everybody who ever had anything to do with him agree Blaise knew a thing.
This Blaise was certainly a human male who spent much of his time working with the angelic order known as the Ofanim, themselves primarily in charge of all matters geomantic regarding the Earth. Geomantic is a professional British jargon word denoting the maintenance of the energy and consciousness parameters of the subtle aspects of the planet and known technically as its Light grid. Blaise himself wrote about some of this maintenance work and about his mentors, the Ofanim, chiefly in his book from 2012, My Pal, Blaise . His biography is extremely sketchy, as was his “end” or final departure from the Earth. In fact, apparently he left twice: once for a 20-year sabbatical in the Pleiades; the second time, evidently for good which, if true, was in the late 2080s, about 13 years ago.
A word of clarification about Ronald’s book title before we go further. Midir is the Irish name for Lucifer, Boann for his consort, Sophia. Ériu-Land is an original name for Ireland, which was named after its national angel or egregore, Ériu. Thus, anciently, the island became the Land presided over by Ériu, pictured as a goddess standing on a specific hilltop called the Hill of Uisneach. These three names refer to an early time on the Earth and specifically in Ireland when conditions were optimal for what myth now calls the twin Light-Bringers, although I have to qualify this by saying only one Light-Bringer is recognized.
There were, and there still are, two , and correcting this omission is part of Ronald’s story. A larger part of his story is the rehabilitation of their twin reputations which were basically fire-bombed by religion and cultural misunderstanding over time. Religion demonized and scapegoated them.
The exotic-sounding nature of these three names speaks to the exotic nature of consciousness that prevailed in early Ireland. Another name for it was paradisal. It was a landscape uniquely endowed among all the inhabited landmasses on the Earth, and part of that unique quality included ideal conditions for the bold approach towards matter undertaken by Lucifer and Sophia on behalf of humanity and under divine commission in the planet’s earliest days. To us today, probably those conditions would seem exotic, even foreign, to our sensibilities though they embodied the original intended high condition
