I was a big boy, so I didn’t have to worry about being hurt. But one night, I was lying in bed when I heard a voice whisper in the middle of my room. I froze, thinking that the monsters in my room were coming to take me back to their lair.

I had a experience with an invisible electric cloud that surrounded my body at night. It began as a tingling sensation in my upper arms, but I eventually became convinced that it was a dangerous creature trying to hurt me. I eventually realized that the entities had left and would never return.

I didn’t develop my sensitivity to spirit until I was an adult. I was always high energy, and I thought I was just a man who was excessively afraid of the dark.

As I began meditating regularly, I began to realize there were bigger forces in the universe that I had not accepted before. I began to find certain guided meditations that presented concepts of a warm, loving, and benevolent light that would gently surround me and protect me. I began to like this light and seek it more often.

I had started to keep a journal of my experiences, and in late July of 2015, I had a strange energetic and tingling sensation that I hadn’t felt since I was a child. I asked if anyone was there, and received no response. Undeterred, I continued to sit and listen for anything that might suggest something or somebody was there.

I began to experience the same thing as when I was a child: mysterious, disembodied hands touching my back at night. I began to wonder if I was connecting with my spirit guide, Judy. I was ecstatic and let down at the same time, because the name sounded so ordinary.

I began to hear voices in my head, and one of them was the name Frank which I later learned was my secondary guide. I was told to follow my passion and call to heal, help, and teach. I was also told to always follow love, for it would lead me down the path of enlightenment.

I was guided to a building that resembled a library. I stood in the center hall, surrounded by book shelves filled with every imaginable type of book and document. Above the floor in the center hallway stood a spire open to the sky, from which brilliant white light streamed down onto the white marble floor.

I had a spiritual lightning bolt that struck me one day in July 2016. I was meditating, and I suddenly found myself in a state of unconditional love. I was one with the universe, and I understood the illusion of duality and separation.

During that summer, I began to experience tingling sensations all over my body more frequently. I sensed energy around me and knew someone was there, but I couldn’t see them. I experienced periods of calmness and peace in my everyday life, which was notable since I was still stressed out from my career and family life.
