DEDICATION
I was asked to submit a piece for an anthology and I wrote about my experiences with death. I thought that it would be available at the end of 2021 but it wasn’t published. My hurt and disappointment in not having that piece available to share with friends lead me to the realization that I could publish an anthology of my own writing. This is that book. I have included some essays about my shamanic experiences and some pieces of fiction that I wrote with the idea of illustrating the concepts that I wanted people to know about. I also included some stories about my Dad. I hope you find it useful and interesting.
This book is dedicated to Virginia Carter, my wife and inspiration for over forty years. She always encouraged me and allowed me the freedom to explore my visions.
This book is dedicated to Michael Harner who has taught thousands of people around the world and created the possibilities of many people learning from spirit with all of the teachers whom he taught. I thank him for accepting me as a friend and student.
This book is dedicated to my Dad, Walter Sproule for all of the strength and wisdom he shared with me and all of the experiences he let me have as a child and my Mom and my brother and sisters who were a large part of my life and experiences without which I would never have been the Black Sheep of the family.
This book is dedicated to all of the fellow students of Michael Harner that I got to work with. Thank you for your acceptance, patience, caring, healing, and love that we shared, it was possible because of all of you who were there.
This book is dedicated to all of the people that I have had the opportunity to work with for teaching and healing. You made it all happen by creating the opportunities to share in caring and spirit.

PREFACE
This book is basically my life’s story told in different ways in order to fulfill what I have understood as my life’s purpose. I have come to understand as I approach my final days of living with the rest of the humans on this earth that many of them have no idea that it doesn’t have to be this way. There are right ways to live in harmony and peace. It is possible for humans to grow in understanding and learn the right way to live in peace and harmony. I hope to be able to explain through my experiences what some of those ways are. My message is, “It doesn’t have to be this way. A peaceful way is possible.”
My experiences during the last seventy four years have given me many opportunities to interact and learn from spirit directly. I hope to encourage everyone to have a personal relationship with their spirit helpers or guardian angels. There are many types and courses of study that can lead one to a personal relationship and a greater understanding. Choose a course that is suited to you and your experience. All paths can lead to opportunities for enlightenment and illumination. Choose a teacher that encourages your seeking without explaining your experiences to you. Realize that as your experiences lead you to a greater understanding your consciousness will learn that it is free to travel from the smallest particles to the farthest extent of the Universe. Light is slow compared to thought which is instantaneous.
To illustrate the power of the greater understanding consider the person who hits the triangle during the symphony, they don’t have to know more than the right time to hit it. Each musician knows their part while the first violinist is responsible for the whole of the orchestra and the Conductor must understand the whole piece of music and the intent of the Composer. The Composer hears all of the parts of the music in their head before they write it down. The music is imagined in the realms of consciousness that connect across the galaxies.
You are not the form that you occupy or your history or your imagined limitations. You are part of the Spirit of Humanity and that connects you to every other human alive or who has existed for all time. You are a part of the Creator who continues all of this into existence and your thoughts and feelings affect the outcome of all of the realms of the Universe. It is my hope that humans will learn to behave responsibly with their thoughts and feelings once they have grown to a proper understanding of the right way to live in the Universe.
There is a certain urgency of need for the people fourteen galaxies away that face extinction if the humans on this planet don’t learn to shut down the constant flow of addictive violence across all realms of human society in movies, television, and music. The daily death count from gun violence just continues to grow but our society won’t even look at the harm that the proliferation of guns has allowed. The change to a peaceful nonviolent society is needed and possible once you learn that we are all one in the Spirit of Humanity.
I hope that you enjoy reading this collection of stories and experiences. If you are troubled by any of it, just think of it as a work of imagination and let your imagination see the possibilities.

CHAPTER ONE

I MAGINE A UNIVERSE IN ORDER. Everything that occurs is according to the laws of nature and the descriptions of that order are coordinated and uniform. The physics of the reactions are in harmony with the biological impulses that create the sustaining ever evolving changes in the structures of planets, stars and galaxies and nebulae. Consciousness connects across all of the layers of creation guiding the process. There is a rhythm and harmony to all of the various cycles in all the galaxies. There is no uncertainty or questions of motivation. No doubt limits the extent of imagination that envisions the ongoing continuing creation that unfolds.
In the millions of galaxies there is one spiral that wobbles as it passes through billions of other stars that are all vibrating to the celestial frequency. The wobble is caused by the vibrations that emanate from a small system that follows around a mediocre mid-sized star in one of the arms of the spiral. These out of harmony non-synchronous energies radiate in all directions from a blue planet. Periodic eruptions are accompanied by a continuous array of radiations that spew forth from the surface of the planet and spread out across the universe.
These vibrations began a few hundred thousand years ago and have steadily increased as the cycles around the mediocre star have accumulated. Violent ripples in the space time continuum that connects all parts of the universe began reaching other systems. The effect of the violent ripples was to cause concern in the galaxies that began to be changed as the continuous flood of energies grew and magnified. The energies were monitored and sampled.
