Introduction

I, Kenneth O. Boles, am the author of this book, The Angry American – Watching America Die . America is dying, and that is the true gospel. In this book, I have been diligent, forceful and honest. America truly needs a rebirth. I have heard lots of people express similar feelings, though failing to use the word “rebirth.”
Because of our failures, We The People are the cause of our failing democracy, a form of government in which supreme power is vested in The People. The TRUTH is hard to accept for some people, in fact most. It has been said, “As a man soweth, so shall he reap.” It has also been said, “For every deed, there is a consequence.” What happens to the Nation if the people become powerless?
In this book, I show that I have tried to persuade people in government to do the right things to turn our country around. I continue to do so. You, reader, will see the term “RECALL.” That word represents the only way to turn our country around so We The People can again become a people of greatness. So reader, don’t give up in despair. Fight back with all the power that was vested in you by our Founding Fathers! Be All American!
I strongly feel that this book is one that had to be written. It has taken me a long time to write, simply because I’m a very busy man. I work almost every day on my properties, plus I have a very sick wife for whom I care day and night.
I was born and raised in the country, Picket County, Tennessee; graduated from high school in Livingston, Tennessee; spent four years in the US Air Force, 2 ½ years of that time in the former West Germany. After leaving the Air Force, I returned home, but soon moved to Detroit, Michigan where I landed a job, got married and fathered three children. From Detroit, I went to Birmingham, Alabama for Business College and returned to Michigan. From there, I moved to California and ultimately back to Tennessee. I have worked in factories, risen from book keeper to become a successful boat salesman in Michigan, and as a real estate salesman in Tennessee. I became a partner in an oil extraction business in Tennessee. As a truck driver, I rolled over some 41 states.
I take no pleasure in watching America die, but that is what’s happening because our so-called “Leaders” care more about their financial portfolios than they do our country. In this book, I have aggressively criticized the citizens who are being lazy and unfruitful, leaning on the government for their livelihood and accepting the status quo. There are many of our citizens collecting a government check that shouldn’t be.
I have also written about labor unions, who have forcefully raised the standard of living of their workers by striking for wages high above those enjoyed by non-union workers. Just like our government, unions began with worthy goals, only to fall prey to greed and corruption.
I have targeted people in government for their greedy aspirations and corrupt dealings. As another writer noted, “They should all be thrown out!”
Another topic in my book is our country’s relationship with China. Just like Donald Trump said, “China has to go!” If you want to get an idea of how great an influence China has on this country, read on.
As for this American, I will keep fighting back! I don’t like what this country has come to, I don’t like how it got here, and I don’t like where it is going!
Who Is The Real Slave?

Let the writing begin. On this day, my birthday, I will begin writing my first book. It is time for me to let this country, and yes the whole world, know the things that I know about the “state of the Union.” This book will explain in detail the cause, the consequences and the final result of our folly.
I absolutely get sick every time I go into Walmart, Sears, Lowes or any other store. Hardware stores, drug stores, and even the farm co-op stores are stocked up with foreign made products, often produced by slave labor. Products once manufactured here in the US have been off-shored to increase the profits of “multi-national” corporations that were started here in the US. Our manufacturing jobs, and the millions of jobs that supported the manufacturing sector were destroyed by “free trade agreements,” such as NAFTA.
Our young people don’t seem to know about this. They are not taught it, and they’re rarely exposed to an honest history lesson. Parents don’t teach, and educators use “approved” curriculum. Even churches fail to expose the influences so present around us.
For instance, China’s influence on our country is taking a devastating toll on our economy and our lives. Parents go to Walmart and buy slave- made products made in China, place them under the tree and call it celebrating Christmas ! Our young people learn the lesson well, and grow into adults buying the cheap products and supporting that same slave labor, instead of demanding high quality American made products.
Our so-called leaders stand up for “free trade agreements,” and what does it get us?
Huge ships, loaded down with foreign, slave- made products that come into our ports, unload and return to their home ports loaded with our “trash,” which is recycled into more slave- made products for us to buy at a later date.
A disappointing past and present foreshadows the challenging future that is our lot. Our people in government, despite being told how to turn this country around, are not doing it. Many of our people have accepted government “handouts,” because their jobs were outsourced to foreign lands, not to be replaced. They became dependent on the “handouts” as their income shrank, and the cost of living continued to rise.
For the sake of the profiteers and by their design, many of our people are reduced to struggling consumers of slave made products that used to be produced right here at home! You have to ask yourself, “ Who is the real slave? ”
I buy and remodel houses in two different counties here in Tennessee, and long ago I realized that almost everything I had to buy to improve or remodel my houses was made in China. I have a strong antipathy for anything that is not made in the USA. The necessity of having to purchase Chinese products because of the absence of American made products strongly provokes me. Most Americans, however, don’t give it a second thought.
For the sake of our children and grandchildren, we must reclaim that which our nation has lost! Otherwise, many of them will end up on Food Stamps and in poverty. I can see those things happening, and I’m sure you can too. Our so-called leaders must be made to understand we want freedom. We want to be able, with no help from outside of our country, to build and progress on our own. We should not have to depend on China, or any other country, for the products we need.
It seems to me this thing is so powerful that we must unite in some way, or our downfall is inevitable! There are so many people in this country that just don’t have it in their being to stand up and be counted. That just means that we, the few, have to stand up and work harder to get the job done. I realize that sacrifices have to be made, but at this point, I have to ask, why are we being forced to compromise and compete with sla
