To whom it may concern, person who is reading this book right now. First of all, we would like to thank Jesus for you able to read this book. Helping you to get a close relationship with God Our Father, Christ Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. It’s our prayers that the Bible along with this book will help you to walk with the Lord Jesus. Shows people the right way to seek the Lord Our God.

My dreams are to be all that I can be for the Lord Jesus. His will to be done in my life. To know, my calling is from our Father who sent His Son Jesus into this world. Dreams to be a true vessel of the Holy Spirit in God. Thank our Father for allowing me to hear His call in the Word of God. To know that as I pray, He will place protection around all of His children, everywhere with true love and peace. To fulfill and be complete in the things God have given me to do, so that I may stand for God. Keep the love of God in my heart for all to see in Jesus Name. Amen.

THE LAST WORD AND PRAYER


CHAPTER #1 GOD IS FIRST
F irst of all, may we thank God for you taking steps in getting a closer relationship with Jesus? As a man of God, it’s my honor to show people how to make the Lord Our God First and #1 in their lives. God gave me the gift of the Holy Spirit when I gave my life to Jesus Christ. In doing this, it opens my heart, mind, and soul, to the Lord for His use.
I know without love, grace, and the mercy of the Lord in my life. This book would not be possible. Minister Paul Cabell wants you to know, everything that is written in this book is true from the bottom of my heart. The truth will always stand up against things that are false or lie.
Being a servant of the Lord Our God, I must give account to Him each day. Every day I go to Him in prayer, to be in His will for my life. It took my whole life to understand it. I have to be true to the call, God placed on my life. To give you a timeline where we are in my life, I turned 37 this year on February 16, 2004. I thank God for each day of my life.
The Lord gave me the inspiration through His Holy Spirit after my birthday to put this book all together, with Him. God will get the glory for this book; He is the author of my life and I’m the vessel and His Son to give it to Him. No matter what people think, we all belong to Him. If you don’t know that by now, let me be the first to tell you, God is First and #1 to all.
Today is August 24, 2004. I can say God has given me the peace to write clearly. The things that are written now come from the most intermediate part, of my mind, body, and spirit in love of Christ Jesus. It’s not easy writing to people and a world that are living in sin. People don’t want to talk about the sins they are doing. I have to say, Paul was living in that same world.
There are a lot of things going on in this world we are living in. It’s too many for me to name them all. Life can pull you in many directions. One thing that I know, we must keep focus on the Lord in our life. Sometimes in life, God want us to close a chapter on our life and open new ones. The Lord wanted me to shut the past and move on in the future.
Today is Monday December 20, 2004, a few days before Christmas. I have been through a lot the past couple months. I’m not a fast writer in writing this book. The things that go in it must be correct and from my heart. I had to rewrite the first three and half chapters over again, because the first one was placed in the trash. I went in the hospital for depression. My wife and I were having a few marriage problems.
We had relocated from Orlando, Florida to Valdosta, Georgia. We came from Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church to New Life Ministries, where I’m a minister now. It took me all that time to put self-back in line with the Lord Jesus. The enemy will try to keep us off track in life if we let him.
We as sons of God, have to learn how to stay strong through the storm. God will give us all the power we need in Jesus. The pass few months of my life everything has been overwhelming. I truly can’t put it all in words. Through it all I can say as a young minister and servant for the Lord, praise His name. I know to thank Him from my heart.
When things in my life seem the way, they are now, I go straight to the Lord Our God in prayer. Just want to tell anyone that when, we pray to the Lord Jesus and read our Bibles, the Lord will make a way somehow. I have seen this for myself over and over again, all the time, for me and other people too. Try prayer for yourself and watch God work on your situation right now.
Trust to the Lord is very important to you and to me also. Many people have been hurt, due to the lack of trust in someone or thing. In one of my first sermon as a minister, my Pastor Dr. Mills had to trust me to deliver a message to the people of God. Minister Paul had to trust in the Lord. Trust is something you have in someone over a period of time. God is First and #1 with that kind of trust.
The Lord Our God wants to have trust in people, who read and listen to direction of the Bible and this book. What does it take to get your full attention to our Father, who sent His Son into this world to save mankind with His life? God also sent His Holy Spirit to those who believe in Jesus. What more do it take for people to believe?
When I, asked the Lord to direct me in this book, it will be by the aide of His Holy Ghost. The Lord Our God is the only true God, who was in my heart since I gave my life to Jesus. Our mother always had us in the house of the Lord somewhere. When I was five, I had to say Psalms 100 to the church. To this day, I love to say it.
Psalms 100: Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. 2 Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that have made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him and bless his name.
5 For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endures to all generations.
All of my brothers and sisters learned a lot from our parents about the Lord. As we grew older in life, all that training was still there. Sometimes the things we were taught, we didn’t use. I will confess for myself, that more than other in my family, I went
