CHAPTER 1 As We Walk Along Life’s Road

Today as we walk along the way we’re inspired by each life given moment that God has send our way to brighten up our day. But there are times when we met someone who for some odd reason just robs us of the joy we’ve been basking in as we travel along Life Road. I had an encounter with a stranger and sad to say that this encounter leaves me gravely sad and in despair. As in my mind I began to wonder and I ponder what went wrong, it was then I heard the voice of God helping me to unders tand.
As we travel along Life Road don’t let the devil robs us of the blessings God have in store. Everyone we meet on our journey of life are there to do there path to help us achieve our goals in fulfilling the Masters plan. Some people are Angels to guide us on life’s path, while others are Devils to distract and rob us of the blessing God wanted us to have.
Some are Teachers to help answer the questions we struggle with and keep us awake at night. Some are Disciplinarians to keep us in check. Some are Friends to give a shoulder to cry on whenever we are Sad and Burden. Some with the troubles of life and others are just simple Foes that the Master uses as tools to mould us on Life Road, by making us look within ourselves to find the courage we need to carr y on.
So when we met a Stranger as we travel along Life Road we mustn’t be afraid to extend our hands as in doing so we are allowing everyone to do their part in the Masters plan. Keep courage be bold and be strong because we are not alone as we Walk along Life road.
Whatever the situation or the problem might be, God is always willing and ready to give a helping hand. So when we’re not feeling up to par and felt as thou we are all alone just remembering that Jesus is only a Prayer away. So let’s open up our hearts to him and let him takes away our pain.
Prayer is not a long ongoing speech spoken to God with Eloquence but what it is, is being honest to God by telling him exactly how we feel. If you are feeling Sad or Lonely, or even Angry and Bitter, Disappointed or feeling Useless just simple tell Jesus exactly how you feel and ask him to take away your Heartache and your F ears.
When all hope seems lost and you felt as though you have reached the end of the Road turn your eyes towards Heaven and whisper this simple pr ayer......
Heavenly Father Maker and Creator of All Man kind
Please send me an Angel to hold my hand and carry me along as by myself I’m unable to carry my burden alone Please never Leave me nor forsake me as I am in your care,
And I need a helping hand as I walk along Life Road in Jesus name.
Amen!

Why Stand ye Gazing?

In the darkness of the night march Romans Soldiers anxiously in search of our Lord. The streets buzz with gossip as people gathers along the road and look on in ghostly anticipation. A ghostly haunting could be felt as the wind rustle through the leaves of the trees. Dogs barks, children screams as old men nestled the arms of their w ives.
The Sanhedrin Leaders wasted no time as they rushed headlong with the soldiers in hopes of capturing the accused whom proclaim to be the Christ and the only saviour of all man kind. As Jesus knelt praying in the stillness of the night his pain was so terrifying that the only way to ease his pain was to bargain with his heavenly fa ther.
If possible Lord let this cup pass from me, never the less not my will O God but thy will be done. Immediately the gate flung open and in walks his betrayer, a close friend and a chosen follower of his. Judas wasted no time in identifying his master as slowly ever so slowly he walk up to his master and embraces him with a Kiss.
Immediately Jesus knew that he has been betrayed by the man chosen by his father to perform this vicious deed. With heavy heart Jesus look at Judas and calmly ask--Why do you betray your master with a kiss? Shouts of command bellows echoing out from every side as the rest of Jesus Disciples moved frantically a bout.
Like a lamb going to the slaughter he opens not his mouth as he walks peacefully along. They brought him to Pontius Pilot who wasted no time to flag him before sending him off to the mountain of Golgotha to be crucified. By hanging on Calvary’s cross. Upon mount Calvary’s cross they nailed and hang Jesus as the Romans soldiers gamble upon his garment. Jesus looked the crowd over as he intercedes with his heavenly father, asking sincerely for the forgiveness of his persecutors, as they know not what they have done.
When it was all over they lower his body and turn it over to his family so that they could mourn him as they prepared him for his burial. In silence the crowd look on as the procession goes by as they carried the body of the saviour to the tomb. Death could not destroy him and the grave could not hold him as on the third day he arose from the g rave.
As Mary and her two friends march on to the tomb with herbs and spices in hopes of anointing Jesus body. On the hill side they encounter a man and a young boy dress in white tilling the gr ound.
As the three women get closer to the tomb the man dress in white take the time and ask the ques tion....
“Where go thou? Seeing the master is not t here?”
What do you mean ask Mary anxio usly?
Why seek you the living among the dead? Ask the man once more.
Distraught and confused the women ran to the tomb only to find the stone up turned and rolled away.
Mary shouted for the guards and asks them where they have taken their ma ster.
In panic one soldier said to the w omen..........
Sees thou that the master is not here? He has risen and has return back to his disciples just as he has prophesied so why stand ye ga zing?
Sees not thou that the Master is gone? For surely he hath inform thee, that he’s here but for awhile. He was your bread when you were hungry; He was your water in time of thirst. He was your pillow when sleep deludes you and your provider in time of need. When you were weak he was your strength, and when you were lonely he was your friend. Failing to see him you took him for granted as each day you ignore his call. Now the time has come for him to leave you, you have become stricken with grief as though you are lost.
Few days later Jesus was seen with his Disciples in the street. A large crowd gathered and look up as Jesus ascended up to the heavens to rejoin his heavenly father. He has no form or comeliness and when we shall see him with his father in his beauty then we shall desire him.
Sing O barren woman that thou didst not bear, cry aloud that you didst not travail with child. For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married wife. From the least to the greatest they are all given to covetousness and from the Prophet to the Priest everyone dealt falsely. With outstretched arms he looks down as his glory fills the air.
As he goes up, up, up floating on the clouds a voice thunders from the heavens and ask the question............”Why Stand ye ga zing?”
Sadly looking up you saw him ascending as he simple ask the question once more......
Why stand you gazing? In the same manner he’s been taken up he will return again like wise. So Why Stand Ye Gazing?See
