My 30 years of hands-on experience as a deliverance and marriage counselor, transformational coach, mentor, teacher, and speaker, plus my own triumph over a life-changing crisis that took my life for six minutes, qualifies me to mentor you through this book. “Pursue your Passion” is my very own true story. This book has great benefits for leaders, men, and women who have a deep desire to pursue their dreams without quitting when God puts their vision to the test. First and foremost, I dedicate this book to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Thanks to my sweet Holy Spirit for giving me wisdom, knowledge, insight, passion, talent, creativity, skills, determination, and courage to pursue my passion and life purpose. I am also grateful to my Daddy in Heaven for blessing me with a rich prayer life and a deep fellowship with Him. I would have never made it without you, Our Lord Jesus Christ, my divine leader; I would not have survived my struggles if my life wasn’t strengthened in prayer with Christ Jesus. No one can discover true purpose without deep consecration and a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. He is the only one who has the blueprint for our lives.
This book is the bridge for all those in a meaningful and purposeful search to discover their passion and purpose in life. By God’s grace, I have the knowledge and experience to help you begin to pursue your life’s purpose. How can you courageously survive spiritual conflict, rejection, and demonic attacks to pursue your dreams? The most significant revelation you will ever receive in pursuing your passion is that you will discover your true self-awareness through the storms. I had a winning attitude to move forward successfully in Jesus’ Name.

Tauriel, You Are A One-Of-A-Kind, Uniquely Marvelous, Extraordinarily Incredible, Impossible-To-Duplicate, Wondrous Miracle, And I’m So Glad You’ve Been In My Life. Welcome To The Family, And Be Yourself Always. Written on your first birthday, December 28 th , 2022.
To my Granddaughter Tauriel, your Granny has dedicated her fourth book on courage and passion to you. Granny’s adorable girl, you were born in the heart of Granny fighting for her life in December 2021, right before her 55 th Birthday on January 28 th . I almost did not make it, and God allowed me to live a second time, so I could see you and be here to see you grow into a beautiful and proper child for Jesus Christ. The most painful and courageous experience I had to go through was during your birth. The timing was not right to come into Houston due to Granny having shortness of breath and going back and forth to the emergency room. I want you to know that your Granny is a very Courageous Woman of God who has never given up in pursuit of her passion and life’s purpose. Tauriel, your Grandma wants you to know that life is full of love, joy, peace, and happiness but also has lots of pain, so do you give up? You must become a courageous girl and never give up on yourself and on your dreams as Grandma did. Things will go wrong in life, but please stay strong for your daddy and mummy.
I was fighting to stay alive, going from one attack to the next. Still, Granny caught you in the spirit and prayed for three hours while your mummy gave birth to you with your daddy by her side. God revealed to grandma that He has a purpose for your life. The anointing that will be on your life is why so much turbulence surrounded your birth. Grandma celebrated your birth with a welcome party and prayed for you. I took beautiful pictures, got you your first little Christmas tree, and kept it up for eight months. Grandma is doing your morning devotion with you daily and celebrating her granddaughter. This is just my little journey with my granddaughter writing this book.
You are unique and will be a gift to your generation. Tauriel, whenever Granny thinks of her precious Granddaughter, it brings joy, love, and peace to her heart. My biggest smiles come from thinking of you while writing my fourth book on courage and passion because that is what it took for Grandma to stay alive till today. My favorite memories all have reflections of you in them. You give me so much courage and strength to continue on my journey of helping others find fortitude and inner strength during their deepest pain and heartbreak. You give me so much to be proud of and many beautiful things to look forward to. Always remember how much Granny loves you. Tauriel, what makes you different is what makes you unique. Nobody can do what you were created to do exactly the way you can do it. What makes you different is what the world needs: the original way you will see things, your setting story, and your unique strength. What makes you different is why grandma celebrates you through her fourth book: your big heart, brave life, and one-of-a-kind spirit.
Tauriel, you are on a beautiful journey to discover your little girl’s dreams. Enjoy your courageous life and love Jesus with all your heart, soul, and mind. You are a gift to the next generation. Grandma loves you dearly and has set a solid foundation for you to build your life’s journey passionately and productively. Tauriel, the anointing in your life will be greater than ever in your generation. Every generation must be more significant in Jesus’ name.
To my Daugther, I am very proud of you for giving birth to your beautiful daughter Tauriel; never forget that mummy loves you both very, very much, and you both have a destiny in Christ Jesus. Teach your daughter to love the Lord with all her heart and soul in Jesus’ Name. Stay close to Jesus Christ; He is your everything and the lover of your being. Maintain your family values and legacy for yourself and your children, and you will always be blessed. Keep your life and your daughter’s life away from intruders. Remove yourselves from negativity, criticism, and jealousy to protect your children’s destiny in Christ. Love your family always but stay focused on your passion and purpose and be determined to break generational curses, patterns, and cycles over you and your children’s lives.
You are on a spiritual journey to raise your children in Christ and to give them a better life and a sense of purpose. A journey that you must travel prayerfully, and no one else can judge - a path of happiness and hurt, where the challenges are great and the rewards even more incredible. My Daughter, you are on a journey where each experience will teach you something valuable. You can’t get lost, for you already know the way by heart. You are on a mother’s and daughter’s journey traveling at your own pace. There’ll be enough time to learn all you need to know and go as far as you’re meant to go as a mother. Travel light and let go of extra baggage. Keep your arms open and your heart free to fully embrace the gift of every moment with your beautiful daughter. Baby, you may not always know exactly where you’re headed as a mother, but if you follow the desires of your heart, the integrity of your conscience, and the wisdom of your soul, each step you take will lead you to discover more of who you really are. This will be a step in the right direction on the motherhood journey of faith. Make Jesus Christ your top priority and the center of your family life, and you will always be protected with God’s love and presence over your lives. To my Granddaughter, this is the Scripture with which grandma wants you to strengthen your life journey.
