#1 The Hagee family prayer chain was in full force, and we began to circle the wagons. When I arrived at the hospital, I learned that my two grandchildren were in adjoining rooms, which made it easier for Nana and Papa to divide our time between them.
#2 The family took their two children into the house to prepare for dinner and celebrate the addition to their home. Their youngest son, Jack, was floating in the pool fully clothed and facedown. The father pulled him out and began CPR. The boy was taken to the hospital, but his parents never gave up on saving him.

#1

The Hagee family prayer chain was in full force, and we began to circle the wagons. When I arrived at the hospital, I learned that my two grandchildren were in adjoining rooms, which made it easier for Nana and Papa to divide our time between them.

#2

The family took their two children into the house to prepare for dinner and celebrate the addition to their home. Their youngest son, Jack, was floating in the pool fully clothed and facedown. The father pulled him out and began CPR. The boy was taken to the hospital, but his parents never gave up on saving him.

#3

The ER doctor told Diana that even though Jackson had regained his heartbeat, he was concerned that he had gone so long without oxygen that he would be either brain dead or in a vegetative state.

#4

The family was told that if and when Jackson woke up, he would most likely have significant neurological deficits. However, the parents watched in awe as their son came back to life in the days that followed.

#5

Following Jackson’s cues, the family went swimming in the same pool he had nearly drowned in. The sky was beautiful, and the sun just beginning to set. Jack began to share the most beautiful story of heaven.

#6

When Jackson was asked what he saw in heaven, he replied, I saw Jesus, and He showed me heaven. I saw big houses and shiny yellow streets. I saw blue skies, and Nana and Holly were with me.

#7

The Kreye family, who were friends with the Zuckerman family, shared their story with us. Jack is now 11 years old and a straight-A student who also excels in martial arts. He still enjoys swimming.

#8

The Bible teaches that each of us will spend eternity in one of two places: the highest of heavens with our Redeemer, or in hell with Satan.

#9

The First Heaven is the realm we can see with our naked eye. The Second Heaven is where Satan has his throne and rules over the fallen angels that followed him in the rebellion against God in the genesis of time.

#10

The first heaven is the place where God lives with his holy angels. However, the truth is that our God has no limitation on earth or in heaven. He is omnipresent and omnipotent, and has universal power and supremacy over all of his creation.

#11

The Bible begins its description of Creation with the words, In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The word heavens in the Hebrew is the plural form of the feminine noun, clearly indicating more than one heaven.

#12

The first heaven is the splendor of the sun, moon, and stars. The earth and all that is in it belongs to the Lord and is under his control. The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob even used the sun, moon, and skies to reaffirm His everlasting covenant with David and his descendants.

#13

The magi, who were from the East, traveled to Bethlehem to find the King of the Jews. They followed a star that led them there.

#14

Stars are cosmic energy engines that produce radiation in the forms of heat, light, and ultraviolet rays. They are composed of subatomic particles of gas and plasma.

#15

The sun is the star in the First Heaven. It is the center of our solar system, and without its intense energy and heat, Earth could not sustain life.

#16

The moon has inspired language, calendars, art, and mythology since ancient times. It is the only celestial body other than Earth on which humans have set foot.

#17

The NASA space agency has conducted many missions, such as the Moon Ranger, Surveyor, and Lunar Orbiter, which have helped scientists discover millions of galaxies the size of ours yet to be explored.

#18

The First Heaven is as far as the eye can see, with or without the assistance of a telescope, a lunar orbiter, a space shuttle, or a sky lab. Whatever man discovers in the galaxies, by whatever apparatus he invents, it is part of the First Heaven.

#19

The way to the Third Heaven, where Jesus resides, is simple: we are to turn to the right and then walk straight ahead. We will show you the path of life; in your presence is fullness of joy, and at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

#20

My father’s younger brother, Reverend Joel Lavonne Hagee, was the fourth of ten sons and one daughter born to my grandparents, John Christopher and Laverta Hagee. Uncle Tink was a bright and genuinely happy man who never met a stranger, so he naturally became a pastor.

#21

The healing scriptures played constantly for Uncle Tink, and a miracle began to unfold: his electrocardiogram began to show a stronger heartbeat with a consistent rhythm. The charge nurse called in the CICU doctor to examine Uncle Tink, who was shocked at the accuracy of his account.

#22

The last time I spoke with my uncle, he told me that he was not afraid to die.
