Epigraph
“Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.”-Luke 15:4-7 (NIV)
If the Pharisees and the teachers of the law could be told, in a parable, the value of each sinner regardless of their current walk, then why can’t you say the same thing to the haters who devalue you?

About The Author
Foreword
Let me first start by saying what an honor and magnificent pleasure it is to be able to write this foreword to what I believe to be an outstanding and life transformative book! A book that was not only needed, but that came along for such a time as this! Capturing thought-provoking examination and passionate insight into the often marginalized, ostracized and outcast.
The Black Sheep!
Tuwan takes you on a journey where some may have been set with a “blindness” As Saul turned Apostle Paul was on the road to Demascus, regarding the problems that exist. On the other hand, there are those who are privy to the issues that plague the thoughts, emotions, and spiritual walk to so many with no efforts to acknowledge that solutions are in dire need! Tuwan helps you to not only identify and become aware of the countless people that struggle with this on the day to day. Alternatively, his book gives true to life solutions to help those same people overcome and discover what God had already preordained before the foundations of the earth: your uniquely distinct PURPOSE!

Introduction
A while ago, I made these posts on Facebook and it led to me thinking about spirituality and religion (How its interpreted, the differences between the two, things like that.), and the action associated with having faith in general. I ended up deeply reflecting on the relationship I have developed with God over the years. It is highs and lows, its revelations, and its mysteries. It made me recall how many times, and in many ways, I still battle with not fully understanding my purpose in God’s grand design! Like, what is it that God wants me to do, and why would he want me of all people to do it?!
I remember feeling like the proverbial “Black Sheep” everywhere I went. The problem. The annoyance. The wasted potential. I remember seeking guidance regarding these thoughts, frustrated, and lost, being rejected for one reason or another. I remember seeking love but being seen as to dirty to receive it. Like there were prerequisites to being worthy of a love I was taught God had for me before I was even a thought! And still, if I am being honest, struggling with anxious thoughts from trauma that I am working through even now as you read this. In this reflective space I began to wonder who, if anyone, is out there to speak for or to, those like me! Who advocated for the black sheep? The messy masterpieces. The disturbing people destined for greatness. The flawed foundations. The problems covered in prophecy! The annoyingly amazing!
I needed that then, and there are still times today, even with a more cultivated relationship with God, that I need it now! Those who know me will tell you, I am less into titles and more into functionality, so if it helps you digest the material you are about to read, call it whatever you need to. Seriously, I do not care about that. This could be a self-help book for someone developing or a teaching manual for those guiding others. I am not interested in perpetuating any stereotype of what is considered ‘the norm.’ Call it healing, clarity, finding home, or revelation through demonstration. Whatever works.
It is my hope that by the time you reach the end of this book I will have encouraged every one of you to believe in yourself and your purpose, at least a little more than you did when you started. For you to embrace your uniqueness, and to understand how each problem that ever labeled you, served to an end; to make you aware of your purpose.
This book is for the Apostle with a past,
the backslider with a future,
This book is for the womanizer,
The promiscuously driven,
The thief,
The liar,
The murderer,
The victim,
And The problem.
This book is for what you are specially crafted to remind you of who you will be! It is an absolute honor for me to somehow serve as an example for you. One black sheep to another!
Part 1
WHY DO BLACKSHEEP BLEAT: BEHAVIORAL AND COMMUNICATION GUIDE?
“A man with leprosy came to him and begged him on his knees, “If you are willing, you can make me clean.” Jesus was indignant. He reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately the leprosy left him, and he was cleansed.”
- Mark 1:40-42 (NIV)

I selected these verses from the book of Mark because it is an interesting exchange between Jesus and a leper. This story is covered in more detailed through verse 45 of the first chapter of Mark. In the verse there is a man with leprosy who simply asked to be made clean. Jesus reaches out, touches the man, and the man is immediately healed. Jesus then sent him away, having warned him to not tell anyone about the encounter, and to go and show himself to the priest and offer the sacrifices that Moses commanded for cleansing as a testimony. Instead, the leper ran his mouth, and because of that, Jesus was no longer able to enter any of the surrounding towns openly.
Of course, people still found their way to Him, even in the lonely places that He was relegated to be in, regardless of the leper’s actions.
