DEDICATION
I prayed and thanked God for this wonderful assignment. This Book is dedicated to my supportive, brilliant, and loving husband Jon Alton Browne, who has been patient with me and encouraging me during my research and writing time for this assignment from God. I am extremely thankful and grateful for the inspiration I received from my children, family members, extended family members and friends. Words could never describe how much love I give and receive from my Heartbeats: My Son, Rickey Bailey II, Daughter-In-Love, Charlotte Denise Bailey, my Daughter, Andria Nicole Wade, Son-In-Love, Chamar Franklin Wade, and my Son, Jon Alton Browne II, and my Daughter-In-Love, Amaris LaShante Browne. Grand Children, Rickey Bailey III, Kira Simone Bailey, and Cyrah Nicole Wade.
Psalm 37:25 KJV ~ “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” We can trust God today, tomorrow and everyday because He is faithful. I have gone through rough times in my life and it is because of God’s faithfulness that allows me to be at peace and live a happy life.

FOREWORD
I am a Christian, an Ambassador for Christ, Ordained Minister of the Gospel, wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and confidant, while ministering to those who have suffered. I present myself as a loving, genuine, and caring woman of God. This book is written based on the guidance of the Holy Spirit and Biblical facts. I thank God for this assignment.
My Scriptural foundation for this writing is, Job 13:15 KJV ~ “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.”
I believe in Biblical Literacy, which is simply the acquisition and accumulation of facts about and contained in the Bible, and the ability to recall those facts immediately. Also, we should have the ability to read the Bible with sufficient understanding so that we can explain its basic meaning to others, having sufficient knowledge and skills to use resources that enable us to discern the basic meaning of a biblical text. This includes the ability to apply God’s Word to our daily walk with the Lord. In other words, by studying the Bible, we should be able to apply biblical wisdom to contemporary life, because this is how we live an abundant life that was promised by God. The Term “abundant life’ is explained in the Bible in John 10:10, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”. The abundant life that the Lord wants us to enjoy refers to a life in its fullness of joy and strength for spirit, body, and soul. I pray that the readers of this book will from the moment of completion of reading this book will be Bible literate (Book of Job). My motto is, “Read Gods Word, Study God’s Word, Live God’s Word and Share God’s Word.”
It is my belief that we should all have what I call a Whole Bible Concept. We can all read the Bible, but the more literate we are about the Word of God, the more we understand what we are reading, and by reading the Bible we can extract from what we are reading and apply it to our daily lives in various situations. Context and history are of the utmost importance when reading and studying the Bible.
I want everyone reading these Scriptures and Dr. B. notes to be able to walk daily in Biblical Literacy, understand fully what I have received from the Lord and written in this book because it is my assignment from God to Read His Word, Study His Word, Live His Word, and Share His Word. Out of my obedience to God, I have completed this assignment. At the completion of this reading, my prayer is that this Book of the Bible will be clearly understood by its readers, and you can apply what you have read to your daily walk with the Lord because then, and only then, I have done my job as a Biblical Scholar. Remember to share God’s Word at every opportunity as opportunity presents itself.
1 Peter 4:10-11 “As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. If any man speak, let him speak as the oracles of od; if any man minister, let him do it as of the ability which God giveth: that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom be praise and dominion for ever and ever.” Amen.
It is crucial that we intentionally study the Word of the Lord daily. When we know the Word of God, it cannot be used as a weapon against us, but it can be a weapon for us to use against our enemies. When you become knowledgeable in the Word of God, you become a dangerous threat to the enemy. We must know and live the Word of God because Satan is roaming this earth seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8 “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.”
I am very intentional and enthusiastic about Biblical Literacy being our foundation for navigating through this dark and fallen world that we are living in. Bible Literacy is the ability to rightly read and understand the Bible, using the proper tools of study, thereby becoming well acquainted with the Bible’s character (innate qualities) and content.
We need Biblical understanding of Scripture, so we will not be intimidated by non-Believers who have no real knowledge of the Bible’s teachings. For Christians, the main motivation for literacy may be their desire to read God’s word.
Jesus was literate and we can read about that in Luke 4:16-21 . My prayer is that I can assist by equipping every person reading this wonderful book of the Bible to go deeper into the Word of God (pray, search out context, define words, use different translations, be patient with yourself, etc.), and I also pray that we live our lives beyond religious titles and denominations. We are all created by God in His image. Genesis 1:27 – “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”
My prayer is that we will always read and Trust the Word of God, Study the Word of God, Live the Word of God, and Share the Word of God.
2 Timothy 2:15 – “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
NOTE: Begin and conclude each reading period with prayer. Ask God to give you spiritual eyes to see and a heart to receive His word. Stay focused on God’s word so your faith will increase, and you will have a closer walk with the Lord because of the Holy Spirit that is in y
