I would like to thank Reverend Jarrod Geistdorfer, who first pointed out the need for a tool that would guide new Christians in the first weeks and months of their journey with Jesus. Introduction
Imagine you are going on a journey to visit relatives. Your plan is to stop at a couple of interesting sites and find activities, both on the way there and back. You will be driving all day and plan to use the freeways to save time, which means stopping at various rest areas along the way. There you’ll take a break to fill up on gas, use the facilities, and grab some snacks for the rest of the trip ahead. But there is something else provided at many rest areas that is very helpful — the brochures!
Brochures serve the purpose of helping you on your journey. They will tell you about different activities and attractions, places to sleep and eat, things to explore, natural wonders to behold, and all kinds of things to experience and learn.
Did you realize when you accepted Jesus as your Savior your sins were forgiven and you were born again? In other words, you received a new spiritual life. You have begun a whole new journey as you follow Jesus and learn from Him. Without a doubt, it will be a time of uncertainty and lots of questions.
What does God want you to do? How does He want you to live? Are there any initial steps that should be taken? How can your relationship with Jesus grow and develop?
