The word « energy » was used to confuse me. I know that energy was but still I could not picture it in my mind to better understand what it was. Energy is the capacity of a physical system to perform work, the ability to do work. Work is moving something against a force. I also know that without energy life cannot exist. At the same time, the word « energy », was making me lose the thread of my ideas and was leaving me perplexed. This book is design to given you a concrete understandasing of that energy is. Remember in reallity, no one can see, touch or observe energy. We can only constact the presence of energy by mouvement, motion and mesure it by its speed.
We shall use this opportunity to introduce you to a pattern, the geometric shape torus that holds the key to the fuel of the future, to the world that works for everyone - Clean and universal energy.
I consider the torus to be the best ever explanation of our evolutionary process. Evolution means to enfold, to roll out. The question is what the universe is rolling out?
I realised that we are not a mistake, we are simply mistaken. We have been blended to our brilliance, ignorance to our genius, unaware of our true power and magnificence.

The universe is made up of matter and energy .

Matter has many definitions, but the most common is that it is any substance which has mass and occupies space. All physical objects are composed of matter, in the form of atoms , which are in turn composed of protons, neutrons, and electrons.



In physics, energy is the ability to do work, or the ability to move or elicit change in matter. The amount of energy is refers to has its capacity to cause things to happen. The Scientific Concept of Energy is therefore that energy is the ability to do work, and work is moving something against a force, like gravity.

There are a lot of different kinds of energy in the universe, and that energy can do different things. Energy can also be found in many things, and takes many forms.
There is a kind of energy called kinetic energy in objects that are moving.
There is something that scientists call potential energy in objects at rest that will make them move if resistance is removed.


Energy has a few important properties.
Energy is always "conserved" — it cannot be created or destroyed. It can, however, be transferred between objects or systems by the interactions of forces. For example, the energy in vegetables is transferred to the people who digest them.
Energy comes in multiple forms, and can be converted from one form to another. The two most common or basic forms of energy are kinetic energy and potential energy.

Kinetic energy is the energy of motion. A ball has kinetic energy as it flies through the air — it has the ability to do work in that it can act upon other objects with which it collides.

Potential energy is a kind of stored energy that objects have because of their position or configuration. A cup on a table has potential energy; if you knock the cup off the table, gravity will accelerate the cup, and its potential energy will convert to kinetic energy. A stressed bow also has potential energy.

Many other types of energy exist, including electrical , chemical, thermal, electromagnetic and nuclear.

The word « energy » comes from the Greek word energeia which means « force in action ».

Energy means « force in action », « able to move someting ».

In this book, We shall use the box beside to represent energy. Energy can be thought of as boxes that are attached to all objects, and can be transferred from one object to another, These boxes can never be created or destroyed.

The box do not actually exist. It is just a representation of energy. In reallity, no one can see, touch or observe energy box. We can only observe, constact the presence of energy by mouvement and mesure it by its speed . We have given it a name ‘Energy’but no one really hnows what energy actually is.

Energy boxes are responsible for everything that happens in the Universe.



In this book, We shall use the arrow below to represent the energy or force of an object. More the length of the arrow, more energy or force there is.

The first law of thermodynamics is that energy can never be created or destroyed. The amount of energy in the Universe is always constant.

Thermodynamics is the branch of physical science that deals with the relations between heat and other forms of energy (such as mechanical, electrical, or chemical energy), and, by extension, of the relationships between all forms of energy.

In this book, We shall use the image below to represent that energy, I mean all the energy in the Universe who cannot be created or destroyed but decrease down to the last box when there is usage of energy and increase up to its originale size when there is no usage of energy.







Above is the amount of energy in the Universe. It is always constant.
Energy comes out of it to be used and go back to it after usage.
Energy cannot therefore be created or destroyed, it can only be recycled
