ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Born in Gatineau, Quebec, Stef Bourgault learned at a very young age how important it is to work hard and to plan ahead. Not knowing his origins, he understood that it was up to him to find his own place under the sun, even though life may be full of surprises.
For over twenty-five years, Stef Bourgault, MBA, has been part of an elite group of leaders for a large Canadian financial services company, a sector in which he influences more than a thousand people daily.

As a business leader, I travel extensively, meet high-achieving men and women, all while being associated to over a thousand captivating individuals on a daily basis.

I m thankful for the incredible individuals in my personal life as well, who serve as role models, each according to their abilities.
It goes without saying that such talented people make me want to overachieve day after day.
This year, I turn fifty. I have decided to give myself a unique gift, one of the most significant dreams of my life - that of writing a book. I m not talking about my biography, quite the opposite. I ve decided to write about my observations, and to share what I ve learned from the people around me, those very people who have helped me grow and who continue to do so.
Originally, I intended for this book to be for my daughters. I wanted to provide them with memories that would help them understand my actions and the organization of my life, both personally and professionally.
But since my daily life leads me to share, motivate, influence and mentor according to a master plan detailing the steps needed to reach the next level. I decided to take this book to the next level by making it into a management guide of one s personal and professional life.
Since everything there is to know about success has already been written, I will not attempt to provide you with magic formulas to climb the ladder of success. I intend to offer you the keys to success that I have used and that I favour above all others to make my dreams come true, and reach the next level.
I chose "The Eternally Unsatisfied" as the title, because I find it both intriguing and paradoxical. Don t think for a minute that I don t appreciate the life I lead and all that surrounds me. I know how privileged I am. This title incites me to outdo myself, to initiate actions towards change and to not be content with the person I am and by my possessions. This book is meant to drive extraordinary success in many various ways.
I admit in all humility that I have complete control over my plan, which lays out the road I need to follow to continue my constant ascent towards the next level. I know my master plan inside out, I live it, I breathe it, it s the road map I follow rigorously.
Although not an exact science, I know that the great leaders of this world think and act in a similar fashion. They all have a plan, a vision and lots of ambition. Some of these leaders have been invaluable sources of inspiration for me over the years. I love surrounding myself with who successfully lead their lives the way they really want it. I always rejoice in the success of others and I like to see them shine.
As you will learn in this book, it all starts with a living picture. Incidentally, this is the reason why I can now write this book. I have successfully tested everything I share in these pages and continue to do so. Yet, you could still be surprised by some of the things you will read.
Know that it s not my intention to vex anyone with my observations and recommendations. My foremost intention is to provide you with the keys that I have used very successfully. They will enable you to broaden your outlook, become stronger and get what you want.
You will also read about the various obstacles that I ve had to overcome on the way, such as financial challenges, family and health problems. With time, I ve come to accept that these events happened and continue to happen for a reason. I know that we grow according to the battles we choose, win or lose. Forgiveness is an action we may have to take in order for us to move forward and win. That is also something I ve come to understand, I assure you!
I humbly hope that some of these thoughts, observations and keys to success will help enrich your own thoughts and actions, and lead you on to the next level. May you be eternally unsatisfied.

The zoom on a camera is what makes the picture appear clearer and closer. It also allows us to see and discern the details we wish to capture. Zooming in will present us our living pictures.
I don t have the talent needed to pick up a camera, bring it up to my eye, look
