Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung sind die zusammengefassten Energiebilanzen
1988 und 1989, nach Mitgliedstaaten und für die Gemeinschaft insgesamt,
ausgedrückt in spezifischen Einheiten und in Tonnen Rohöleinheiten. Die Bilanzen
wurden gemäss der "Endenergiemethode" aufgestellt, wonach sämtliche Ströme
aufgrund des tatsächlichen Energiegehalts jedes Energieträgers gemessen werden,
und zwar ohne Substitutionshypothese und ohne Äquivalenzberechnung.
Nähere Hinweise über die Berechnungsmethode : siehe Veröffentlichung
"Energiebilanzen : Prinzipien und Methoden" des SAEG.
FOREWORD
The current publication, which is exclusively devoted to the global energy
balance sheets, presents, for the years 1988 and 1989, the balance sheets
expressed in specific units and in tonnes of oil equivalent, for each of the
member State and for the Community as a whole. The balance sheets have been
constructed according to the methodology for "Supplied Energy", where all the
operations are harmonized on the basis of the energy content of each source and
form of energy, without any hypothetical substitutions, nor any calculation of
equivalence.
Users wishing to know more about the methodology of the balance sheets may refer
to the publication "Principles and Methods of Energy Balance Sheets" of SOEC.
AVANT-PROPOS
La présente publication, consacrée exclusivement aux bilans globaux de
l'énergie, présente pour les années 1988 et 1989 les bilans exprimés en unités
spécifiques et en tonnes d'équivalent pétrole pour chacun des Etats membres et
pour la Communauté dans son ensemble. Les bilans ont été élaborés selon la
méthodologie dite de 1'"Energie finale", où toutes les opérations sont
comptabilisées sur la base du contenu énergétique de chaque source et forme
d'énergie, sans aucune hypothèse de substitution ni aucun calcul d'équivalence.
Les utilisateurs qui désirent en savoir plus sur la méthodologie des bilans sont
priés de se référer à la publication "Principes et méthodes dess de
